A petty gripe, but for the quality of this piece, it would be nice to have a simple sheath for the price. Simpler packaging would offset the cost. As stated, cuts and handles well from nose to heel. Glides through a potato end to end.

Used this knife quite a bitSeems robust and stays sharp. Would buy again from these guys delivered promptly and well packed

Although these knives are made in China they are excellent quality, very sharp and resharpen well. I have owned a set now for some years and are very pleased with how they perform. Highly recommended

Send back as it was not made in Sheffield as the ad implied but made in China!

Diese Messer werden in China gefertigt. Das macht sie nicht per se schlecht, aber das Marketing durch das Solingen von UK ist hier etwas irreführend. Mein Exemplar ging zurück, da die Klinge mehr Härteverzug aufwies als ich zum Preis tolerieren wollte. Auch war mir der griff etwas zu kurz. Eher was für den Schlachter auf einem Wildtiermarkt als in der anspruchsvollen Maitre der europäischen Küche.
