What a BLESSING that Mary shared her life stories with us!
This author combined the revelations of 4 mystics: 2 saints and 2 venerable where Mary told them about her life from conception through Jesus life from conception, through her own death. The book is written like a novel so it is an easy read. It is fabulous to hear about the relationship between Jesus, her son and her God, and her relationship with Father God and her own guardian angels!! It is SO amazing and faith inspiring! The first 24 pages are a bit boring as the author explains how the church views the revelations and tells about each of the mystics but Mary’s story will not disappoint. It does have the Imprimatur of the Catholic Church.

Makes you think.
This book about Mary as seen in of the visions of 4 Catholic mystics over the ages has been edited by a RC priest to be in chronological order of events in Mary’s life. Very interesting preface about fact vs. vision.

Magnificent book!
I have tried to read some of the books that this book is compiled from, but they are very long, detailed, and difficult to read. This book condenses it all into a very easy read. You can just feel the humility and love that emanates from the Mother of our Savior and also from His foster father St. Joseph. This book answers many questions that you may have because these details are left out of the Bible. Highly recommend!!

Inspiring and Edifying book
Easy and enjoyable reading full of clarity and deep sanctity. Even though this book is based on private revelations, it does echo passages and narratives described in the Gospel written by the Evangelists. A special treat and nourishment for the soul.

The Life of Mary as Seen by the Mystics
This book was absolutely amazing and phenomenal. It reads almost as if it were written in Gospel language and beautifully outlines and describes the life and the wonderful gifts and love of Mary, the Mother of Jesus. The book is broken down into very short and concise chapters and is an easy and interesting read. I enjoyed this book so much that I purchased it for two other people who equally appreciate it as well. Whether you are a Catholic or a Christian, the book will open your eyes into the sacrificial and holy life of Mary and her place in history and in the Church. It serves as a wonderful example of how to live life according to God's plan and the importance of loving one another. I could not have been more moved or satisfied with this book.

This is one of my favourite books about the life of the Blessed Virgin Mary, along with "The Mystical City of God" by Venerable Mary of Agreda. The book brings together the separate revelations of Catholic Mystics Ven. Anne Catherine Emmerich, Ven, Mary of Agreda, plus other Mystics into one single narrative. It covers the different periods of Mary's life from her Immaculate Conception through to her death and Assumption into Heaven. The book is incredibly descriptive of Mary's personality, humility, holiness, piety, prayerfulness, charity, her poverty, her overwhelming pain at witnessing Christ tortured, humiliated and crucified, and her deep reverence towards her Divine Son and her acceptance of the Will of almighty God. I feel I know Mary so much more fully as a three dimensional person - it's as if I've known her all my life. Mary shows us how to live a holy life that completely conforms to the Will of Almighty God. Since certain sections of the Protestant community have a different view of Mary, they might like to read this book to get a better understanding of why The Virgin Mary is so revered and honoured within the Catholic Church. I hasten to add that Mary is NOT WORSHIPPED by Catholics as some falsely claim, as worship is restricted only to The Holy Trinity. To those purchasing this book, I suggest they start reading from the chapter titled "St. Ann And St. Joachim", as the first part of the book discusses in quite some detail the pros and cons of Private Revelations which, though interesting in itself, somehow detracts very slightly from the main purpose of the book. I would therefore suggest reading the first part only after reading the rest. The price of this book is only £0.99 on Kindle. What an absolute BARGAIN!

This book reads like a novel and it’s so beautifully written that over the years. I have given it as gifts several times. It really expresses well The life of the Blessed Virgin Mary and is not a particularly wordy or long book and therefore, should keep even the most secular reader’s interest. Highly recommend.

I bought this after someone told me that the original Mary of Agreda book was a little long and heavy. I thought that this might be easier to read. It truly is incredible and sheds such wonderful light on Mary's life for believers

A really excellent insight into the life of Our Blessed Lady If you wish to learn more about the early and later stages of the life of Mary (as well as St Joseph and the early life and later public ministry of Our Lord), then this book contains vivid accounts of the above from devout mystics such as Anne Catherine Emmerich. It is a fascinating read. One grows closer to the heart of Mary, whose life was one of obedience to God, holy service to Jesus and her community, whilst keeping in her heart the knowledge of the suffering and sacrifice that Jesus was to make. Would highly recommend reading these descriptive and moving mystical accounts of the life of Mary.
