Being gluten free is really difficult to find choices for almost a thing to eat.It's not exactly the same a traditional wheat/grain based pasta, but looks good, cooks well and when done, they keep there shape & integrity of the cooked bowl looking perfect.May need extra seasoning (i.e. more salt than regular - but ok without extra salt l)

I have tried every brand of gluten-free pasta, and Barilla is my favorite by far!!! The texture is even lighter weight than typical pasta! My whole family prefers this one!!

If you ever decide to try GF for gut or autoimmune issues, consider going with Italian brands like Barilla. The italians have been ahead of the GF game for decades if not centuries, as it is more common in Italian genetics. Barilla pastas taste and feel, texture-wise, like real pasta. I like to serve mine with RAO's tomato sauce and pecorino romano cheese.

Good, reasonably priced GF pasta. I undercook it a bit and it holds together better for left overs. It still comes apart a bit, but not nearly as much as it does if I cook as the box says.For people in dorms or without access to a stove, it will cook up in the dash automatic mini rice maker. Wait until the water is starting to boil though. Don’t add it with water like you do rice, GF pasta can’t take that much soaking..it will come out gluey.

Cooks in 9 minutes and water doesn’t get as cloudy as most gluten free noodles. We like:)

A sign of good gluten-free pasta is that you can trick the gluten-eaters into thinking it’s the real thing.This pasta has been successful on multiple occasions. It cooks well, doesn’t disintegrate in hot water, and tastes delicious when covered in spaghetti sauce.
