Daughter loves it!
Daughter loves it. She sleeps with it every night. Good quality, perfect size for a toddler. Value, is comparable to target or anywhere else.Should be able to put it in a pillow case to wash it!

Gorgeous! So much incredible detail!
This doll is really beautiful! The detail is incredible! She even has a sparkly petty coat under her skirt that you can’t even see unless you flip it up. I also love the detail on the boots! I am shocked at how cheap she was. She also seems super sturdy which is good because I bought her as a gift for my 2 year old niece. :p Also her face is sweet. Often times I find Disney princess toys have distorted faces but hers nice. I especially love her sparkly eyes.I cannot recommend this doll enough. I also purchased the Anna version of this doll and it is also wonderful.

Great doll and customer service
Great customer service. When I received the wrong doll I dreaded having to deal with costomer service but they were wonderful. I recieved a reply the same day and was shipped a replacement the next.My daughter is happy now. Elsa is beautiful.Will buy from them again.

Good quality soft doll
Doll is nice quality and soft. She looks like Elsa with a outfit from the movie dawn on. Bought for daughter as a gift. She loves her and sleeps with her every night.

Cape may be fragile, be mindful for young girls.
Cute and pretty good quality. The cape is super thin, so I’m nervous my daughter will rip that accidentally and be in tears. She’s 5, but I feel like it could happen really easily.Was frustrated that I paid for shipping and it came balled in a tiny box, luckily didn’t change the appearance. Came in the mail earlier than said expected.
