Great Value
Bought these as 'cooking olives for a special dish. However, with loads left over I tried a few as a snack. They taste really good and are superb value for money. If you don't mind them not looking too pretty, then a strong recommendation. Will buy again.

I wasn’t sure what I was getting tbh but they taste great! I’ve been scooping up a generous helping every day as a midnight snack to go with crackers, Tartex and tomato, and Lupini beans. Not sure how long they last so better eat them quick. Very pleased to have something savoury, it’s not that strong either.

These are so good that I don’t want to tell you how good they are as I want them all to myself, not the cheapest available but they are delicious. Very versatile ingredient or just simply with some fresh bread, my mouth is watering just thinking about them.

Arrived well packed. Very small olives and the taste is unpleasant. Whether it is the oil I don't know. They will be going in the bin. I can't even be bothered to return them.

Ausgezeichnete Lieferung, perfekte Verpackung.Die Taggiasca-Oliven sind eine Olivenart, die nur in Ligurien angebaut wird. Sie haben einen Geschmack, der mit keiner anderen Olive vergleichbar ist. Ich verwende sie sehr oft in der Küche für italienische Rezepte (mit Fisch, mit weißem Fleisch, mit Pasta, in Salaten) und ich könnte ehrlich gesagt nicht ohne sie leben! Das Wichtigste ist, dass sie in Öl eingelegt sind, was bei Oliven, die man in deutschen Supermärkten kauft, selten ist.Sie haben einen starken Geschmack, ich würde sie nur denjenigen empfehlen, die Oliven lieben und einen kräftigen, überwältigenden Geschmack mögen. Das 500g-Glas reicht mir sehr lange, kalt gelagert im Kühlschrank kann man sie auch nach Ablauf des Haltbarkeitsdatums noch gut verzehren.
