Pics show my breakfast of keto cereal and home made soya milk yoghurt, the ingredients and data label on the back and a view from inside the bag. Arrived the very next day, well packed and all in order. This keto cereal isn't really a cereal, as such, because there's no actual cereal or grain in it at all....but then that's what makes it keto. Really nice blend of nuts, seeds and coconut with a little sweetener and dried blueberries. The bag is large and has a ziplock seal. Its a bit too big for my storage space if I'm being picky, and the size makes it an expensive considered purchase. I'd love an option to buy a smaller, cheaper pack. Its a nice addition to a keto store cupboard. All natural ingredients

This is basically a big bag of nuts and coconut with a few berries thrown in. It tastes superb straight from the pack or with yoghurt. I have also had it with coconut milk which is probably not what was intended but tasted good.The whole family likes it which is a problem because it's not cheap - because there is no rubbish in it.Will buy again for sure.

This is a great addition to your high protein diet. A mix of nuts, sunflower and flax seeds, coconut and dried blueberries it tastes fab! Added to your breakfast yoghurt it provides flavour, texture and loads of healthy protein. This is really filling, a couple of dessert spoonfuls has been plenty for me. It's lovely and sweet, a little too sweet for some tastes, but I find it really helps my sugar craving when it's mixed with plain yoghurt. A really healthy addition to your Keto diet. At first glance it's expensive, but because a little goes a long way, it actually works out to be very reasonable for the benefits it provides.

I love the coconut in it, but unfortunately the additional sweetener makes it a bit too sweet for me. However, this is not an issue for me if I have this with Greek yoghurt.I only use 1/3 cup every morning so this bag will last a long time. I started off with 1/2 cup but it's so filling so now I do two spoons yoghurt with the 1/3 keto cereal and that will keep me going for hours. Little tip, add some cinnamon for extra layer of flavour ;-)

I would have given this product a five stars, but one kilo of cereal to eat in one month is a lot of cereal to get through, especially when I only want a little bit for the keto diet. I think if this product was fresher it would taste better, but there is a hint of a taste of something that is going off which ruins the taste of the product. I would have liked to have given it the benefit of the doubt and tasted it with a good long sell by date. I would be interested to know what the normal lifespan is, because if I saw a cereal in the supermarket with one month sell by date I wouldn't buy it, or is this the normal lifespan of your products? But overall, I think if it had a longer life then it would be a good product.

Having found this product delicious in the past I bought a third bag. However, this one was very disappointing - the balance of ingredients was definitely out.Whereas I had previously enjoyed the large chunks of walnut, dessicated coconut and blend of seeds, this recent bag of keto cereal tasted overwhelmingly of granulated sweetener. In the end I sifted out the largest bits and mixed that with a few bags of assorted keto-friendly nuts, seeds and coconut. The end result was much more palatable and in the future I will continue to mix my own (which has the added bonus of being much cheaper too!)
