2 months after applying it, works very well, the room feels cooler now and it is crack free too, After 1 Year, around 2 kg was left from previous year, applied one new coat works fantastic. Proper, deep cleaning of the surface is necessary for long life of the paint. regular cleaning should be done to keep the effectiveness at maximum. Over all its a good product and price is on higher side but still it does the work for the price it comes on. totally value for money product, saved 8000-10,000 rupees of electricity bill because of this (24*7 AC user)

Very good quality, slightly expensive compared to other brands but keep cool roof and room till 2-3 PM. After that you need AC or cooler. Good results till now.
