Fondant cutters were perfect for the silhouettes I needed to cut for a wedding cake. The cutters are very, very shallow and I definitely would not recommend for use as a cookie cutter. Easy to use and easy to get out of the cutter using a crafting knife or a small fondant tool to give it a slight push without damaging! Be sure to use corn starch or confection sugar on your cutter prior to pressing to ensure it doesn’t stick.

Very special set and a good quality. too shallow for cookie cutters but great for fondant or as stamps on cookies. I used them and they worked as stamps.

A few of the cutters have very thin detailing, this requires a good dusting of corn starch to release without breaking, though those details are what make the cuts unique and beautiful.

The cut is shallow and some are tight so be sure generously grease or flour so the fondant will release.

Cutters are VERY thin, One of them arrived broken. Definately NOT for cookies even cutting fondant and gumpaste is very dificult because legs are way too thin and don't come out without tearing. I ended up having to just stamp ad then cut out with knife, which I could have done with a template. The whole reason I bought them was to save time and because I thought it would double as a cookie cutter as well.

I thought these cutters are ok. Some of the bigger ones work better then the smaller ones. Like the little monkey was so small, I couldn't use it. Most of the animals with tails didn't work. I had to go back and make a tail to add on. However I achieved the look I was aiming for. There is a great variety of animals to choose from.

I saw some reviews say the cutters were too flimsy for fondant or arrived damaged, but neither were true for me. They were in perfect condition and worked amazingly well with fondant, even the monkey and big cats ones that had very skinny tails. I rolled my fondant pretty thin and had no issues at all. Very happy and satisfied with this purchase!!
