Using guide: please see the image or read instructions in the manual for speed guide.: 1. Set the speed depending on type of food. Always start to work at low speed and then gradually increase it. 2. As the mixture during processing becomes thicker, increase power by switching to a higher spend. 3. When inserting the dough hooks, remember that the rod with the large washer should be inserted to the right hand slot and the one with the small washer into the left hand slot. This is to avoid the risk of the ingredients over the rim of utensils/receptacle. Package includes: 1 x body; 2 x chrome beaters; 2 x dough hooks (each one 16 cm).

Waste of money ! Smok
I used the product to make coffee and this machine heats like anything.In one go ,smoke started coming out of it and it went dead.There was a strange smell coming out if it while using .This is a cheap machine of no use.Please use your money to buy some good brand beater.

Great product
This is hands down the best handheld mixers I have ever owned. It's light, powerful and does a great job of mixing things. Also comes with two different types of beaters which are very easily to change. Very satisfied with the performance of this economically priced hand mixer.

Good one...
I ordered Jiyana hand blender but delivered Scarlett blender...of inferior quality. It works only on speed one where as it should work Seven speed....horrible experience. I am regular buyer of Amazon , this to.e extremely bad experience. Initiated replacement.....hope Amazon will look into this matter seriously.After 4 days got the replacement. This is working awesome as of now. Will give feed back after one month use.

Go for it.
Brought this amazing product few days back and instantly start using it.This product is very easy to handle and light weight too.I use this while making omelette and cakes and even homemade ghee.This a pocket friendly powerpack product must recommended.

Easy to operate
Worth to pay. Same product as shown in the picture.Good quality.This is very easy to operate because machine has 7 speed so we acn select the speed according to food .Just because of this machine first time I baked cake within 15 minitues.Saving time.Easy to clean.Most recommende.
