Helping with shoulder flexibility
1lb weight great quality and good value. Has helped with shoulder pain and flexibility. Even though I have good upper body strength I truly can feel the 1lb weight doing basic Indian routine

Great for Joint Accessory Muscles
Very Good Range of Motion Exercise to Strengthen and Stretch Joints and Accessory Mucles. Strengthens Core Muscles Too and Improves Balance. However, Start SLOW until you have the swings and Circular Movements learned and smoothly done or you may Hit yourself or injure a muscle or joint. Start Slow and use Light Clubs in the beginning then you can increase your speed and weight

Not bad for the price
Studying 19th century history is what got me interested in indian clubs. These are a bit short for recommended lengths (2lb should be about 2 feet long), and if you're really specific about weights, the 2lbs are actually 1lb 14oz. That doesnt bother me, for the price they are not bad. I recommend starting light. These 2lbers are more than enough to get arms and shoulders burning with basic daily exercises done properly. Another small gripe is I wish the bottoms were flat so you could store them standing up in a corner, as they are you need to lay them down.

Great workout!
I never used Indian clubs before so I was really unsure about the weight. I weigh about 175 pounds and lift weights regularly. I use dumbbells, kettlebells and straight bars. I didn’t want to let my ego get in the way so I bought 5 pound clubs. I can assure you, they feel much heavier especially when you start doing the prescribed exercises. But it is a nice change and a great way to add variety to your workout. These clubs are well made and very durable. You will not be disappointed.

works for me
I purchased these to help with an old shoulder injury and have been using them daily.I bought the #1 set and doing various exercises seems to have help the shoulder be more mobile,as in reaching over my head. Also they are good for a cardio workout while swinging them or even holding them in different positions for a set amount of time.Yes I do like them and at 76 years old,its a safe workout for me,without worrying about tearing something.

Well finished
Steel and nicely finished. Just enough texture to allow a grip without tearing up your hands

These Indian Clubs are well made and feel well balance. Should last a lifetime. Still learning how to use them but they are a great addition to my workout routine.
