I purchased this device because the ability to wear it in the ear when receiving a call was intriguing. Unfortunately, the ear piece doesn't stay in my ear when moving my head or during walking. It seems as if this device is too heavy or the ear piece is just not shaped correctly. If it had a silicon insert, then it might be better for fitment.The touchscreen is "OK" because it only allows me to swipe up or down and the screen keeps going into standby mode too quickly (a couple seconds). The heart rate function only seems to work when selecting that particular function and is not running in the background during the home screen. Also, the monitor is not the most accurate. I compared this to my Garmin watch. The step counter works as supposed to but everything else could use a refresher on usability and functionality.I wouldn't recommend this product for someone who is looking for a very well made fitness tracker. I'd recommend this if someone wants to be able to make calls on the go with their watch in their ear and have an accessory that tells time and counts steps.There is definitely room for improvement.

Its was easy to pair with my phone. But that’s it!!!! It won’t stay connected. I can’t answer or make calls. It doesn’t support iso only android. I can’t use any of the features. I WILL BE RETURNING THIS!! Very disappointed, no I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.
