What a great bundle.
Needed a new printer for ID cards. Saw this bundle and thought great value but wheres the catch.Long story short I bought this with additional 100 cards. printer bundle arrived very quickly but no additional cards.Contacted supplier and got a quick response with good apology and the cards arrived very quickly after that. So in my opinion the supplier provided excellent service. Everyone is entitled to make a mistake and the speed in rectification negates the original issue.With regards to the printer it was easy to install (even as a networked device) and has performed well and is a lot easier to use than my old one.I have not tried the bundled software as the mailmerge using Word and Excel that I set up works fine.John

Will not advise my worst enemy to buy this product.
this is the worst product I have ever came across. Not accepting the ink ribbon, have replaced the ribbon it is still not working. Have contacted the producer (maker) Easybadge and they are not supportive. I even called today for a replacement no one available to speak with. No one should buy this product it does not what spending your money on.

Great value bundle
The card printer itself is great (it actually retails for nearly 50% more in almost all places). The weakest part of the bundle is Easybadge - it feels a bit clunky when compared to Alpha Badge and similar basic card printing software.Delivery was quick, and setup on the network was a doddle, it just sits on the desk and churns cards out really quickly.

Value for money!
Very impressed with this bundle. Items arrived well packaged and were very easy to install. We were up and running within an hour. This bundle saved us hundreds of pounds (if items and software were purchased separately) and also includes some software to get started as well. 5 stars.

NEVER WORKED
Bought this machine, tried it unfortunately after my return passed. It will not connect to any computer. Tried downloading printers on line, nothing. Really really dissapointed.

Does exactly what I need in printing my membership cards. However, I think the double sided printer would have been a better buy.
