I bought this product when I was in search of something to rebalance my ph. I've constantly had on and off issues for years and even developed an insecurity about it. I've even tried a few OTC things but nothing felt permanent and if I went too long without taking something the problem would surface again. You truly feel a difference in your body when you use these, as opposed to days when you don’t. The capsule is a perfect size and goes down easily! I notice a huge difference in my stomach issues and my vaginal dryness. Overall, it’s a great probiotic that’s good for a woman's whole body.

I take probiotics and prebiotics daily, and I like that this formula is shelf-stable and has 17 different strands. I am not a fan of 2-a-day formula: I take a lot of other supplements and prefer one-a-day whenever possible. These capsules are easy to swallow, but I don't notice any effects when taking them - good or bad.

I've been trying all different brands of probiotics since it was suggested to me for helping with weight loss. Before probiotics I was never regular and since I started taking them a few months ago I have been regular with most brands of probiotics but not with this one. This one seems to take 2 days for results and I did have some stomach cramping with this one. The pills are easy to swallow though and no aftertaste.

Been dealing with a massive imbalance in my lower systems, and it has been a nightmare to deal with since the bacteria is resistant to treatment. I know probiotics geared for vaginal health are needed so it can get passed the gut. I've been taking probiotics consistently for nearly two years, but it was only recently I started once for vaginal care since I didn't understand regular ones didn't work on the lower problems too much unless they get past the gut. Anyway, this has a child proof cap and it's adult proof and I completely gave up on it and put my mine in a different bottle and threw the original way because I just can't tolerate it lol. I don't know if it was just me and I was defective or the cap was or if this is how it's supposed to be. When I finally got it off there was no way I was going to go through that again. There is added fiber in this so this is very important otherwise you may have some digestive issues if you already take fiber or have a fiber-rich diet. The extra ingredients in this are potent (for me anyway) so I had to stop my other fiber. It took about 3 days until I noticed that. I was sort of constipated when I started these, and boy did they clean me out and they do consistently. They say to take one capsule twice a day and some days I'm only doing one because of too much of a "fiber effect". I actually really appreciate the prebiotic fiber in here because it saves me time with not having to drink psyllium husks which I don't love the taste. Anyway, besides the cap issue these are really working for me. Regarding my lower half issue that will take some time so I'm being patient with myself..

Probiotics for Women are easy to digest. I take one twice daily. For the most part my stomach is good and i'm regular. Day 3 is when I realized it was working. if I eat/drink really crappy, this probiotic kicks in and I have a serious bathroom visit. That is what happened that day. So overall, no complaints. Easy to swallow capsules.

I purchased these because they had a higher dose of the probiotics that were working for me. Not sure what if anything is in these, all of the issues that we’re getting better with the other brand started coming back. These just did not work for me, I will need to go back to the old ones or try a new brand…

I'm am an avid believer and user of supplements, but reviewing them is problematic, and my results may not be your results for these reasons: 1) I am not a laboratory scientist, I do not play one on tv, nor do I know one, so who knows what’s exactly contained in them. 2) It is difficult for consumers to see any actual difference in how you feel within a few days to a couple of weeks. Some supplements take as much as ninety days to see results. 3) Even if we do notice a difference, we all take other meds or supplements that may affect our results one way or the other. 4) We all have different physiologies, and are just different in so many ways (lifestyles etc). But we can hope for the best when we see others having positive actions going on, that are attributed to said supplements. So my personal non doctor opinion of my own results: These work like I expected. No negative side effects

I received these women's probiotics through the Amazon Vine Voice program. They are of good quality, easy to take, difficult to open the bottle though, and well packaged with proper expiration date and lot number. They do say within the description that they are helpful for constipation.....and they are!! Overall, it's a great product and exactly as described by the manufacturer. Made in the USA plus a good value at $16.00 for a 30 day supply.
