I got I'm a Ballerina! for my granddaughter to celebrate her first dance recital, and it was such a sweet and meaningful gift. I used to read Little Golden Books to my own kids when they were young, so it’s extra special to now share these timeless stories with the next generation. The story is simple and charming—just right for a young child who’s starting to fall in love with ballet. The illustrations are lovely, and my granddaughter lit up when she saw the ballerina on the cover. It made her feel so proud and grown-up. Little Golden Books have a way of bringing nostalgia and joy all at once. I’m so glad they’re still around!

I bought this for my daughter and her ballet classmates. The story and illustrations are good, but the book’s quality feels fragile, and the binding cuts off parts of the images.

Perfect little book for my 5 year old niece. I had the book sent directly to her and she felt quite important. She loves to copy the various poses that she has learned in class. Cute book.

Es una preciosidad de cuento. Los dibujos son monísimos y la historia muy fácil de leer. Lo compré para dos niñas de primero y segundo de primaria, que ya empiezan a leer en inglés. Además, lo compré por menos de 3€. Es tamaño medio folio. Las tapas son duras pero las hojas interiores son finas. Sin duda lo volvería a comprar.
