This product is good, but it didn’t occur to me that it would be outdated when it comes to our monarch! The national anthem is still ‘God save the Queen’ and the picture and info is about Queen Elizabeth! Perhaps would’ve been good for them to list that lol

I received my interactive map yesterday which was great timing as we do our Geography lesson on a Friday! Delivery was very quick, just two days! I home educate my own children and others. I ordered the map as I liked the sound of it and thought it was something the children may enjoy. I was absolutely delighted with it! First of all It is a really good size, larger than I expected. I had it out on the kitchen table with five children around it easily. They were all filled with enthusiasm when they saw it and couldn’t wait to get started! It’s very easy to navigate and has lots of fun and interesting features. There are several different categories, language, flags, capital cities, population, landmarks, fun facts etc. Within each of these you can select to listen and learn the relevant information or be asked questions. There’s lots of encouraging prompts and positive feedback. You can also press the repeat button to hear info again if needed, and a volume control, which is great when you have lots of excited children! The children I used the map with were aged between 6 and twelve years old, and they all thoroughly enjoyed using the map, and can’t wait to do so again. It’s by far the most fun we’ve had in our Geography sessions, and it makes learning enjoyable while still being challenging! I would highly recommend the interactive map. It is great to use at home with family, or in the classroom with students, and I would say it is suitable for a wide age range. I give the map 5 stars without hesitation. A great buy.

This map has SO much information in it. It has capitals, countries, flags, languages, trivia, and more! It’s an amazing learning tool, with a fun interface.My children range from ages 4 to 9, and this was great for each of them in different ways. My daughter is super ‘into’ maps and geography. She spent ages just pressing on different countries to learn the names and info about them. Most of it was new info for her, and it sparked even more of an interest, and led her to her learning facts that I would not have thought to teach her. My 9 year old was more interested in the trivia aspect, and enjoyed testing his own knowledge, and learning new information.With today’s uncertainty of home schooling with COVID, this is a great addition to my homeschool tool kit. With or without homeschooling, we will definitely use it to grow our knowledge of Europe. I love that every time this comes off the shelf, the kids have fun and learn something new. It's also well made, and easy to store. This is already on my radar as a great Christmas or birthday gift in the months ahead.

This interactive map is brilliant! It arrived day after I had ordered! Before our kiddies had chance to see it me and fella had a good hour or so refreshing and learning new facts with this. Crazy how some countries have such huge populations!!! There's a few different ways you can use this as both learning and as reference. It's perfect timing that I've bought this as our boys latest topics include learning about the continent's and oceans. He has some sensory issues and finding ways to help him in wanting to learn can be a challenge. This map is fun and he's enjoying using it although some of it is alittle to above his current abilities, he's still engaging in wanting to use it. We also have a globe light and using this along side the interactive map is really helping to understand the concept of how the world is made up. The size is good although the fella thought it could do with being bigger but I personally feel it's a good size. There is a hook hole in the hard plastic shell at the top so can be hung up, I plan on doing this and adding some self adhesive velcro so can easily lay flat on wall or remove as needed. The sound is adjustable which is a great bonus and best of all can be wiped as has a wipeable surface. It's worth mentioning that some areas such as Denmark at first don't appear to make a sound, but on closer inspection the smaller main land of Denmark does. Overall we are really happy with this fun interactive map and think the price is good. Looking forward to learning alongside our boy with this as there's a lot I've forgotten since my school days! 😊 Would definitely recommend as an aid to learning.
