Q: Is it made in the usa?

No, made in China. Very good quality, and I worked in supplier throughout Asia. Mainly in automotive electronics.

Q: I bought this for my boyfriend and he loves it, he finished charging it but the "cleaning" light came on and will not turn off, advice please??

I haven't had this problem but think it is probably due to the blades having too much resistance. I would try using a different head and letting it run for at least a minute with that If it says it needs cleaning with every head, it is probably defective. If it only says that with the razor head, then remove the blades by turning the center lock and taking off the cover. It has a plastic lock that can easily be turned to release. Take out the three blades and holders. They are all the same. There is probably a piece of hair locking at least one blade from turning. I hope this helps.

Q: Is this compatible for a 220 Volt?

The shaver is a USB and it says it works with a USB sources. The included USB plug is US one.
