Great flavour
Supermarket kept running out of the 283g jars so thought I would try this. Exactly like the jars but a lot bigger, picture included for comparison. I tend to use a large tablespoon per curry (individual portion) and its great. Six month life once open so will keep it in the fridge and just use a spoon full when needed.

Good quality paste. I used it for vegetarian curry as well as quick marinade on meat.

Curry. What's not to like?
This is a catering product really being far too much to use for 1 meal. No instructions on portion size either, trial and error time. Just keep adding til it tastes okay. I placed portions into a bun tray and froze them for easy use. The taste is excellent,

usually like pataks but I've tried to make a couple of curries with this one but find it very bland and tasteless also very oily

Saves a lot of time. Good flavour. Consistent results.
What I like is the convenience of not having to grind, blend and toast the fresh spices needed to make a quality Madras curry. This is a speedy alternative option which flavour wise does not disappoint. I always get a consistent result which is only marginally inferior to a fresh grind and blend but is so much faster to use. A good quality product you can rely on time and again.

Curry Paste
Excellent paste just can’t be doing with the small jars and this works out much cheaper. I didn’t know the companies were working together now but no problem the paste is as good as it’s always been.
