These are 100% silicone with no harmful fillers. I’ve used it without the clip to steam food in my Instant Pot. It’s light, easy to use, carry, go from fridge to heat to eat. I can't comment on how these stand up to use and I'm not sure if I will keep them. They are absolutely filthy (see pics). I'm not sure if these were used and sent back or if they are just stored in a dirty place.
