Box arrived as a flatpack ... I was not sure whether it would be strong enough for me (90kg) to be exercising on it. However, it is very sturdy structure. Strong, thick planks with an inner structure to increase structural support. Took me 15 minutes to put together and I have been very happy with it. The whole family is stepping/jumping on and off the box, and it works well.

Excellent box for workputs. So easy to put together and very thick peices of wood. Super strong and stirdy. Value for money. This is the lowest height at 12 inches. Theres 14 and 16

This is a really nice plyo box. Great quality wood and very easy to put together. The only, very slight, complaint is that the Philips (cross-head) screwdriver that comes free with the kit has a VERY hard and uncomfortable handle - I ended up using one of my own that has a more comfortable handle. It looks lovely when finished and feels strong yet light and easy carry around (I carried it for just over a mile each way to and from a plyo and drills running session). The fact that each side is a different height (12 ins, 14 ins, 16 ins) is really good as it provides different options for different abilities or different types of exercises. However, each side is not the biggest landing surface so you have to concentrate when using, which is not really a bad thing - keeps you more focused. I'd definitely recommend this product!

Really good quality and super easy to set up. Only thing is if you're doing things like calf raises it will tip, but as it's empty you can put a weight inside the box to minimise this.

Must admit that some of the reviews made me concerned about purchasing this box. Having just put this together in 12 minutes I have no hesitation in giving this five stars and a very strong recommendation. The panels are well engineered and fit together perfectly to make a very, very strong box. The one thing you must have is a decent cross headed screwdriver to screw in the screws. I used my beloved Stanley Yankee 130B screwdriver (with a Pozidriv bit) which is how I managed to screw in the 36 screws so quickly. The screws do the job and the required panels are accurately predrilled to accept the screws. What I would say is do not try to use the wrench provided with the box as you can't apply the necessary pressure to screw down the screws. If I had had to use this tool rather than a proper screwdriver I would have gone crazy with frustration. If necessary purchase a small stubby screwdriver (Pozidriv) for £1.99, if you don't have one and save your self the time and frustration.

Solid if a bit fiddly to put together. Good workout jumping on the box and the different dimensions are a good touch. I really like it and have used it a lot.

This was our first plyo box that we bought before moving up to the next size up. While this one got the job done, we needed one more so two of us could use them at the same time. This one was a little less stable than the one just bigger and we upgraded to include the black, grippy surface as well. It was a little pricey, but it was a necessary purchase for our home gym. It was easy to put together and easy to use. Great way to build a solid pair of tree trunk legs, lol.

This is a super sturdy and beautiful plyo box! Easy to assemble. I purchased it to add plyometrics and mobility work to my routine, and it’s been a great addition. If you are used to using a bigger box at gym, or not used to using a box at all, it can feel a bit intimidating at first—the surface feels a little small, especially if you have bigger feet. I’m a size 8, and it was a bit scary initially, but I got used to it fairly quickly and smoothly. Overall, an excellent piece of equipment for building confidence, strength, and stability. Highly recommend!
