Does this waist trainer make your waist smaller permanently?

No It won’t make your waist smaller permanently if you don’t exercise and have proper eating habits and I DIDN’T say diet. But wearing it on a daily basis will definitely help to keep you tummy in check whenever you eat and it creates heat so I truly believe it’s burning 🔥 the fat as well and it gives you great posture it’s a great product.

How noticeable is it under clothes?

It you’re wearing something thin it will be noticeable so what I do is I use my bag or my hands by folding then in front of the area until I’m seated

It is very tight and structured and it can make it hard to breathe if you have never done this before. You might want to get something that is not as structured for starting and then work your way up to this!
