I just ordered this for arthritis. I saw it on a Dr Berg's YouTube. I am excited to see if it can help. I used to run everyday but tore the cartilage in my knee. The doctor said they could just repair it but it destroyed my knee and at the same time blew up arthritis in my body like a bomb. I guess this happens in 65% of the people who are older. Made me drowsy after taking it

Are you one of those that saw a video on TikTok or something and thought to yourself with a wide joker smile "this will solve all my problems". Yeah, me too. Now the million dollar question. Did it... actually?Welp, I took this with a meal along with magnesium (and I think vitamin D). Few minutes after the meal, I fell asleep on my chair. Now the weird thing is that I have insomnia, as far as I can remember I've always had trouble sleeping. Not that I think that boron put me to sleep, but perhaps it allowed magnesium to actually do its job. It supposedly aids in the absorption of magnesium and vitamin D, deficiencies of which can contribute to sleep issues. I've had stomach issues for years so it's entirely possible that boron helped me to consume magnesium/D. I'll keep taking it since it's cheap and you won't have problems swallowing this, it's almost the size of puffy rice. save this review for updates.Ps: yes, that is my cat in the picture, hiding in the shadows in the back while doing a menacing smile like he's plotting to take over the world.

I'm so glad I purchase this, not only does balance my hormones, it detoxes heavy metals and parasites, and a little known secret about boron is it counteracts fluoride and decalcifies the pineal gland

I'm 60 years old and in excellent shape for my age. That being said, I struggle with occasional tennis elbow, chronic trigger finger, clicking in my right shoulder from having been dislocated three times in my life - the first time being in my twenties, and stiffness when getting out of bed. My calcium and vitamin-D are optimal, so I assumed these things were old age and the stiffness a result of my pillow and/or mattress, which were changed to little benefit. Then I read about people with advanced arthritis finding complete relief and reversal from taking a pinch of Borax dissolved in pure water each morning. I did my research to discover that most people are horribly deficient in Boron. Borax is not a food grade product, so you don't know how it's handled or what contaminants it may contain. As a result, I opted for this pure Boron product instead. I started taking one capsule a day (2 mg) with no noticeable improvement. Then I upped the dose to two capsules a day (4 mg) and in two weeks my tennis elbow, trigger finger, and morning stiffness were completely gone. Additionally, my right shoulder barely clicks at all. Best of all, I had a physically challenging project at work that required a lot of manual carpentry and heavy lifting. The last time I took on this project I was hurting during the project and was sore for a week after. This time, I felt like superman and had no soreness whatsoever the next day. The two people who helped me and did less than a quarter of the physical lifting that I did called me the next day to complain that they took the day off because of soreness. I didn't even need to take an ibuprofen. If you want your bones, muscles, and connective tissue to be in peak and optimal condition, then you must take this stuff! I can just imagine how strong the infrastructure of my body would be if I had started supplementing Boron at a younger age instead of having my bones and connective tissue atrophy all these years.

This is a very respectable company and I valued the supplements they manufacture. The only downside to them is they are a bit expensive, but that’s what you pay for for a quality product.. boron has been proven to be an important trace mineral because it is essential for the growth and maintenance of bone; greatly improves wound healing; beneficially impacts the body's use of estrogen, testosterone, and vitamin D; boosts magnesium absorption.
