Snow/Winter boots that are comfortable, water resistant, and have good traction!
When it comes to purchasing boots that are comfortable, water resistant, and have great traction for walking in snow, these boots are the answer. After finding out that my husband surprised me with a trip to the mountains and finding out that 6+ inches of snow was expected while in the cabin I quickly realized I needed boots that would keep my feet warm and dry while being able to have enough traction to keep me on my feet and not sliding all around in the snow/ice. After many hours of researching the best shoes for a good price, I came across these cute boots on Amazon. Based on the reviews I thought I might as well give them a try and I am so happy that I did. For 5 days straight I wore these boots in the 6-8 inches of snow and walked approx. 4-6 miles on trails. Never once did my socks get wet nor did my feet freeze. The traction on the bottom allowed for my feet to be stabilized in the snow and even on icy surfaces. I usually wear a size 8.5 so I took the advice and ordered size 9. They are slightly big for my feet however I love it because I can wear thick socks and not feel like my feet are being squeezed. I love these shoes and even plan on buying a pair for my mother who walks back and forth to work on snow days.

Nice and warm for snow activities
I love these boots. I like in southeast Texas where we never get snow. So, when I needed snow boots for a ski trip Switzerland, I didn’t want to spend a ton of money since I wouldn’t get much more use out of them. These boots are great. They keep my feet nice and toasty and are high enough that they will protect me from even the deepest snow. I also love the zippers on the sides, this was I can lace them nice and tight and use the zipper to get in and out of them easily without having to untie them. If you’re looking for affordable snow boots, look no further!

Nice Boots but Too Small
I haven't worn the boots, as they're too small. I generally wear a Size 10, so that's what I ordered. They were too small from heel to toe. The width fit well. They look nice, are softly lined with faux fur? I will return the size 10 and reorder a size 11.UPDATE: I ordered the boots in a size 11. The width fits great. They "just" fit in the length if I wear thin socks or nylons with them. I wasn't able to order a size 12 so I'll just wear them with thin socks. They're warm, comfortable and I received several compliments for them.

Comparable to the trendy $200 boots, yet just as practical. Save the money and buy these instead.
These boots are made for snow! The whole sizes made me cautious. I normally wear an 8-8.5 and the size 9 was perfect with socks. The sizing is very forgiving. The warm, thick liners are removable, so the price is more than reasonable. The outer is tough rubber and waterproof fabric. You could do additional waterproofing but I haven’t yet.I have had more expensive Columbia boots, and other non-name brand, taller snow boots. These are a great substitute.I ordered these on Monday, 10/28 after an unexpected and early snowfall. They arrived on Wednesday, 10/30. Perfect timing! We received 4 inches of snow on Halloween, and these boots kept my feet warm and comfy for 2 hours of trekking for trick-or-treat. The traction isn’t perfect, but these are similar to other boots in that aspect. My sister loves Sorels and the first time she saw these she said “Red Sorels - cute.”I have ordered these for someone else who admired them. They wear a size 9, and they also fit them well.If you’re on the fence, buy them. It will be worth it!

No side zipper on boots/description is wrong.
These boots are really great, they’re comfortable and warm and stylish. I really really like them , however I ordered these boots because the description says they have a side zipper for easier putting on and off. The description even showed a picture of the zipper. I was very disappointed when the boots I received looked exactly the same but did not have the side zipper. I tried to get help on this matter and was told I received the wrong product, so I reordered the same boot, same black color, however a size up so that I could wear additional or thicker socks if needed. I was hopeful that this time I would get the right product, I received the boots, much faster this time however again they still do not have the easy off/on side zipper. So maybe they don't sell a boot with a zipper and the description is wrong. The boots are really comfortable, I like the style, and everything about them except that I really, really wanted that side zipper. I decided to keep the boots anyway and they are awesome.

Okay boots, good for about 2 hours in the snow
PROS:• very warm lining on the inside, especially when paired with wool socks• fashionable design• great for normal walking in not so snowy areasCONS:• not too much toe space• gets wet about 2 hours in snow• takes a while to dry even when using a hairdryer to dry the inside (It took me about 30 minutes per shoe)The first thing I noticed about these boots was that you have to size up by at least one whole shoe size. My usual boot size is 7 1/2 and because of the fluffy lining, they didn't fit. I ended up returning the shoes and ordered another pair that fit better but were still kind of snug around the toes. I decided to keep them since I had room everywhere else. I took these shoes to Big Bear in February and they were great for everyday walking around in areas where the snow wasn't deep. They stayed dry and were very waterproof. However, once I went hiking on a snow covered hill that had some deeper snow than what I was walking on, about 2 hours in, I noticed that the snow had made my shoes wet and cold for the remainder of my hike. Luckily, I was wearing wool socks so only my toes got wet. As soon as we got back to our cabin, I took them off and started drying the inside with a hairdryer but it took forever to get them dry. They're good boots if you aren't in deep snow for long periods of time. If you're going to be in deep snow for hiking or any other snow intense activity, I'd probably go with something else.
