Ordering another one next week.
We got this so we could make out own decals and shirts. But it’s so easy to use and you can do so much we now have a business doing all this and this cutter is our main unit and it can keep up with all the one off orders coming in. In the three months we had it it’s made us $20,000 in profits.

Very poor quality doesn’t work and replacement parts don’t either
It’s not quality! Parts don’t work made us buy new cords which aren’t the problem. Very poor service and quality.

cutter not working
The heat press is fine the vinyl is fine the problem is the cutter, it worked fine for a while . I have used it less than 15 times from the time that I bought it on June 16th can not use it now it is cutting up vinyl and banging loudly and I know that is not good for the little knife that is in there.

Damaged heat press and missing products
I didn't receive any vinyl item. I got only DAMAGED heat press and vinyl cutter. Item description is wrong! I wanted to start my small business but I'm really disappointed.
