First Purchase Sep 5, 2018: Very low maintenance and manageable. Soft to the touch and no tangles.Update: October 15, 2019When I first bought this hair I was in love with it. It was very soft and low maintenance. I decided to buy another set of this hair and was very disappointed with what I received. It's not the same quality and they tried to trick me with the lengths. The ends are very thin and strandy and not at all like human hair. I ordered 14 14 16 16 and received all 14's when I measured the lengths. They only put 16 stickers on the packets to make me thi k they were actually 16's. The hair looks like cheap $1 synthetic hair. They also folded the hair so it could fit in the package and as you can see in the pics, it has a permanent bend where they folded it.
