Great lotion for daily use, not just tattoos
Excellent lotion for tattoo aftercare or general daily use. Works great, is not greasy or oily, and has a fresh, clean aroma. Definitely recommend it!

Amazing product for new tattoo healing
H2Ocean Ocean Care Tattoo Aftercare Lotion works great on new tattoo's. I've used other products on new tattoo's that worked well, but H2Ocean Ocean seemed to help the healing process and helped calm some of the irritation/itch.

It's the best!
I've used more brands than I can count in hopes of finding something that didn't leave me feeling greasy, but helped my tattoos heal quickly and maintain their color. This one is by far the best I've ever found and will be the only one I use going forward! Soaks in easily and doesn't leave you feeling greasy, unscented so you don't have to worry about any funky smells, and as a bonus it also works really well on my face and doesn't make me break out!

Love this tattoo aftercare cream
Received a free one at my local tattoo shop to try and loved it so much that I’ve since purchased more. It’s great as it’s not greasy, but still thick enough to create a bit of a protective barrier during the early stages of healing. I use this for the first week or two and then switch to regular unscented lotion afterwards. Highly recommend!

... cream (burn cream essentially) but my newest tattoo artist recommended H2Ocean products
I had always been told to use A&D cream (burn cream essentially) but my newest tattoo artist recommended H2Ocean products. Apparently it's the newest thing everyone's pushing. I always do what my tattooer says even though they all have different opinions because when I come back years later and say the tattoo didn't hold up I have to be able to say I followed their personal recommendations to a T. So it is that I bought a bottle of H2Ocean. It applies white with a minor smell, but nothing as bad as A&D. But once it dries it's clear, and you can put clothes over it and it doesn't rub off too much. It forms a clear barrier to your skin which I liked. It's a bit more expensive than other options, and there will be something new next week that everyone's in to, but it's worth it to follow your particular artist's recommendations. I would recommend talking to your artist about Saniderm. Saniderm is like plastic wrap with adhesive on one side, but unlike plastic wrap it breathes. They use this stuff when someone gets really bad burns and have flesh that doesn't have the protection of skin anymore. They adhere this Saniderm oxygen-permeable membrane and it lets the skin breathe and heal naturally with it's own oils and such while keeping germs out. You apply it immediately after your tattoo, then take it off after 24 hours, wash the tattoo gently, then put on a fresh sheet of Saniderm. That second sheet can be left on for another week. That means no more creams, daily washings, or getting ink on your clothes or sheets. They say it holds the color better too. I can't tell you if that's true or not, but man is it convenient. My artist that told me to use H2Ocean had never heard of Saniderm, so run it by your artist and see if they're up to speed. TL;DR Use whatever product your tattoo artist recommends. If they know about Saniderm, use that and use H2Ocean as a lotion when the Saniderm comes off. Saniderm tattoo bandage in 6" x 8′ roll Clear Adhesive Antibacterial bandage

Great stuff!
I got my first tat 3 weeks ago and I didn't know what to expect. This stuff was recommended by the shop, and I used it as directed, from the third day on. I experienced little to no itching at all. I'm not sure if it was the product, or the skill of the artist, but I will definitely use this again after my next one! I still use daily.
