If you are taking vitamin d3 (and you should for your immune system, heart health, mood, bone health, weight control) you need to take vitamin K2. Vitamin D increases calcium absorption, and vitamin k2 directs the calcium where it should go (without causing problems). I'm a retired pharmacist who plays competitive pickleball 5 days a week. I was having knee pain which began to limit my play time. I started taking this product and after about 2 months my knee pain was relieved to the point that I can play 7 daysa week. There are many studies which indicate there are reasons to mistrust the quality of supplement products, I have grown to trust this brand through my experience. This is a quality product at a good price. I highly recommend it.

I would probably order this product again when my supply runs out. I did the typical comb through a bunch of Amazon reviews and compare pricing, and this product seemed to be the best value. Fast shipping. Packaging is good. Bottle cap is tamper proof sealed with plastic and the bottle is foil sealed underneath. Big bundle of cotton to protect the capsules. Product is labeled "Made in USA" and "Lab Tested". The capsules look high quality under visual inspection. Clear capsule with white/eggshell colored supplement inside. Odorless. Easy to swallow. No taste when swallowed. The expiration date for the product is stamped on the bottle cap. The expiration date is more than 14+ months off from the date I received the bottle--more than enough time to take one pill daily. I have taken this product for 3 weeks now with no ill side effects. Like any vitamin supplement, it's honestly probably too early to draw any conclusions other than I feel great since I've changed my health habits and nutrition. Finding a Vitamin K2 supplement to complement my taking Vitamin D3 was the latest step I've taken.

Not only is this brand 150mcg vs 100 or 90 or just 45mcg of MK-7, but it is half the price per serving than any others I can find. This, like some other supplements, causes no observable effects in my body, but I'm hoping/assuming it is fighting coronary artery disease and strengthening bones. Along with my D3+K2 supplement, I get 250 mcg per day of MK-7. From the "Internet Encyclopedia"... MK-7 can circulate for extended times resulting in higher bioavailability for extra-hepatic tissues as compared to vitamin K1 and MK-4... at least one published study concluded that "MK-4 present in food does not contribute to the vitamin K status as measured by serum vitamin K levels. MK-7, however significantly increases serum MK-7 levels and therefore may be of particular importance for extrahepatic tissues"... There is no known toxicity associated with high doses of menaquinones (vitamin K2). Unlike the other fat-soluble vitamins, vitamin K is not stored in any significant quantity in the liver...

Good price for quality MK-7 with MK-4. So you get both forms. I've been taking k-2 for years to improve my bones and help draw calcium to the bones. Has cardiac and osteo benefits.

Vitamin K2 in the formulation including MK-4 with MK-7, is one of the most important vitamins you can take. It works synergistically with Vitamin D3 to direct Calcium out of the endothelium of the blood vessels and out of the soft tissues into the bones and teeth where it belongs. Calcium that builds up in blood vessels restrict blood flow and oxygenation and can form potentially dangerous blood clots that could break loose to induce a stroke or a heart attack. If you are taking higher dosages of Vitamin D3, Vitamin K2 is a must. You should always talk with your doctor before doing so and this review is not intended as medical advice. In fact, he states that if individuals who take more than 32mcg of Vitamin K2 will cut their chances of cardiovascular death by 50% and all other forms of mortality by 25%. Don't just take my advice, please look up the benefits of Vitamin D3 and K2 if you have any skepticism at all. This K2 product is a high quality product that I recommend.
