04/06/2023:Updated thoughts on this product: the more I have used it, the more I find it becoming my go-to seasoning for steak. Still, very important that you rub the seasoning into the meat well so that it is somewhat absorped by the meat and the seasoning doesn't just burn.**** So, I bought this because I saw someone use it in a recipe they were sharing online. It was a little pricey and I waited until the price was under $8/bottle to buy it. Glad I did. Do not get me wrong, it is good, and like my title says, " good flavor" but it is nothing that would make me upset if I went to cook a steak and did not have any of this in the cabinet. So, it is good, nothing noteworthy. If you have a favorite steak seasoning this will not make you change your routine, but it's good.One thing though, it is something you want to have rubbed in well, or when you sear your steak ( if your pan is really hot), you may burn the seasoning on the outside of yout steak.

This stuff is amazing, I only wish I could find it in the large bottle instead of the tiny one. Smells like a bucket of buttery popcorn. Used on steaks it is simply delightful, and I've always been a "steaks need pepper!" kinda steak person. My family loves this stuff.
