Beautiful craftsmanship, beautiful sound
I tried out a few concerts and tenors (Oscar Schmidt OU5, Cordoba CM20, TM25 etc.) and this is my keeper. The sound has depth and complexity, not thin and dull. I didn't find this uke to be quiet, plenty of projection and louder than the other ukuleles I tried. The craftsmanship was excellent, no manufacture defects or flaws. It looks beautiful and I don't mind the head stock. Setup wise, the first thing I did was replace the wound low-G which I thought was too much and put on an Aquila high-G I had laying around. I might put on an unwound low-G in the future. I also found the action to be a little high for my personal liking and adjusted it myself. The price might be seem high for someone starting out, but it's actually reasonably priced for a mid-tier ukulele of this quality and great to grow into. I strongly recommend it.

Beyond Expectations
The media could not be loaded. This is a superb instrument. The details on this uke are what you would expect on an instrument costing much more. The ivory bindings and mother of pearl purfling are beautiful. The solid koa wood top is beautifully book ended and the frets are bounded to the fingerboard. The sound and intonation on this instrument are near perfect. The top nut length is 1.375" but it fingers much better than my Kala acacia uke in that there is more "meat" on the neck for my large hands to wrap around. I have read some negative reviews concerning the tele headstock; that is is not traditional. I love it! The fact that I can make a diminished chord in the first fret position without jamming my hand against the "A" tuner is awesome in my book. Fender has often been criticized for producing sub-standard acoustic instruments, but have a listen to the video I posted and you be the judge.

Excellent
I am the most annoying person in the world when I’m shopping it takes me years to be able to find the right guitar. After going several times to guitar center, after returning a couple of ukuleles to Sweetwater because of quality issues. Not from Sweetwater but from the manufacturer I decided to give fender a try. Not going to sugarcoat it Fender’s acoustic guitars are the worst, they are lifeless, they have no tone and no sustain, but after watching a couple of videos on YouTube I decided to give it a try and bought it from here amazon. Gosh the ukulele sounds beautiful! It comes setup with a low g which only means that sounds a little different but the chords are the same. The reviewers are right the case is a joke and kind of wish that fender would just take the case away and sell the ukulele cheaper because you will want to get a proper gig bag or a good hard case. Gator cases are the right measurement if you need advice.

Fun beginner ukulele
First, change the strings immediately. This ukulele sounded like a toy until I put Aquila strings on it. I'm a total beginner, so I'm not sure how it compares to other models but it does have a rather punchy sound. I've really enjoyed learning on it, I especially love the blue color and the headstock. I even had to glue the neck back on after someone sat on it and it still plays perfectly in tune. This is a great instrument to learn on, but I would like to move on to something with a warmer sound at the intermediate level. I prefer the look and feel to the Kala "learn to play" model that I originally picked up.

Aloha for the Fender Tenor Koa Ukulele!
I was skeptical at first, but I wanted a Koa tenor ukulele without having to spend a couple thousand dollars and I decided to give this one a try.Now I love the Fender look and am very happy with the ukulele itself. Initially, it went out of tune quickly, but after playing it for a bit it now stays in tune for a long time.I not only would buy this again, I actually am buying a second one to keep at my mother’s house for when I visit.

Arrived with 3 atrings
Came with 3 strings on it. Extremely disappointing and inconvenient. I ordered my own set of strings. This company owes me a set of concert ukelele strings. The finish is very shiny. The photo here is not representative. Hope it sounds good.

Perfect set up!
This instrument is so beautiful that it almost distracts from its sound. I love the iconic Fender tele headstock, though it's probably not going to appeal to everyone. The fit and finish on this instrument was terrific and I couldn't find a single flaw. The action is low the way I like it and the aquila super nylgut strings tuned up well. Like all new strings, you need to stretch them a bit, but after only an hour or so, they're already holding pretty well for me.The provided gigbag is more of a carrier or dustcover - it has no padding whatsoever, so I'd recommend getting a hard case or at least a thick padded gigbag. Just make sure you measure the instrument, as not all tenor size bags will fit.

Gorgeous Tone
The ukulele has a gorgeous tone matched by its gorgeous rossete. While I do have huge fingers this uke works fine for them. It has no trouble with intonation and it often doesn't need to be tuned for a few days. While the gig bag really only offers a convenient method of travel and little protection the uke itself is great. I recommend changing the strings it comes with for Aquilla sugar strings and getting a more padded gig bag or actual case. Overall great uke.
