The Artful Mandala Coloring Book: Creative Designs for Fun and Meditation Paperback – July 6, 2015

I bought this coloring book on the recommendation of a family member. The first day I received it I spent 2 hours coloring! I lost track of time, I didn't realize how much fun it was and I couldn't stop. I would say to myself, "one more, one more!" I enjoyed coloring so much that I wanted to share the experience with my community and friends. I started a coloring group three weeks ago and now we have 20 people! More want to join but we need to find a bigger room! Being able to socialize with others in the community is important to me and I find it very relaxing and meditative. Fun, fun, fun! I love that the Artful Mandala is filled with hand drawings rather than the computer generated pictures you see in other books. I love the detailed work put in to the images. The paper is high quality and makes it easy to color. I got in to it so much that I ended up upgrading my color pencils! I'd had such a great time with this book I can't wait for Cher's next book to come out!

I am so grateful to have been introduced to Cher's book. While i originally purchased it for myself, this book has provided hours of treasured moments shared with my sons (ages range from 4 to 17). We have had some of our best conversations while coloring! The drawings vary in design, from classic to contemporary, and the fact that the pages are perforated means that everyone's creative work has been prominently displayed on our fridge at one point or another. My husband--who claims he's the least "artsy" of us all--has even pitched in on occassion. This book makes a great gift, too, since it is totally unexpected!

I would not call myself an artist, but I enjoy art and exploring my creative side. This book has opened up my creativity with ease. I have experimented with some coloring phone apps, but I find it much more therapeutic to apply pencil to paper. As the coloring brings life to these drawings, I find a wonderful feeling of accomplishment.

This color book has become my absolute favorite of all of my adult color books. The beautiful, unusual hand drawn pages are relaxing and fun to color. I love the smaller format of this book, allowing a page to be completed in a reasonable amount of time. Really looking forward to more books from this author!

I've had so much fun coloring in this book since it arrived last week!There is just something about sitting still with a colored pencil in one hand. I find myself noticing patterns and symmetries more as I color along.I really enjoy spending time inside this artwork.

This is a nice coloring book if you like hand-drawn mandalas. In my opinion, there are much nicer mandala coloring books out there.

Great time to get away from my crazy life and color. My focus is better and I stay calm. My only worry is if the pencil sharpener works.
