I have been practicing water painting and this paper is excellent!
I have been going through a lot of paper and paint. This paper works well and isnāt as expensive as some others. It has a good texture and weight!

I didn't like anything about it
I didn't like anything about it. Doesn't even deserve ONE star !. One of the corners on each of the pages, involving the whole pad has all the pages 'dog-eared', and they are not correctable. That same corner must have also gotten wet previously, because the pages are 'wavy'. Also that corner has been up against something soiled, and is discolored at the edges. I realize I'm not Picasso, but I don't think this is acceptable, should not have passed QC. I'm returning it. Did I expect it to be in excellent condition ? H&&& yeah !!! *****Amazon saw that I got a replacement, in excellent condition ! Thanks Amazon ! :)

I simply love Canson's Mix Media papers
I simply love Canson's Mix Media papers. I bought their Mix Media blue XL pad and was happy with it, but this one is even better as the paper is a bit thicker (138 lb vs. 98 lb of XL pad). I mostly use colored pencils, and the paper works great for my hobbyist purposes :) I never gave it a heavy watercolor use but it takes small amounts of watercolor and gouache decently.

Sometimes the paper begins to disintegrate if it is wet and worked over with a brush.

La calidad esta buena buen grosor todo, sin embargo mi queja esta en el empacado de esta libreta anteriormente compre otra y venia envuelta en um plastico, esta no y como saben el papel al interperie se pone de un color amarillento y este fue el caso las ojas ya no eran blancas cuando me llego.
