Besides this tasting amazing just like fresh beets. I feel it has given me energy. I feel like it just makes me feel good. I love that this was USA made and no extra fillers just be warned that if you have a bowel movement it can come out a little bit red don’t get freaked out. It’s just from the beats lol. After reading all the impressive benefits of beetroot I decIded to try it. I just received my beetroot power. First, the power is so beautifully fine with brilliant color as well as smells great. I tried one tsp in my organic unfiltered apple juice...taste great with not overwhelming beetroot taste. I then added a bit of fresh-squeezed lemon juice to the drink....what an awesome taste, not pungent, bitter or bad tasting. I know the beetroot power would be fantastic ina smoothie I'm impressed with the overall quality of the power. Plus the company is 100% USA. All aspects of the product, grown, processed, etc strictly USA (Oregon), not China. So the product is a win-win. I'm super pleased...can't wait to order more.

The beet root powder has good consistency, color and flavor. It does clump up which I guess is expected but breaks up fairly well in a shaker with an agitator. My only issue with the product was that the packaging is not adequate. It’s basically a thin plastic bag inside a thinner paper bag. Some of the beet root powder had spilled out of the plastic bag when arrived. I had to transfer everything into a ziplock bag which got messy because the beet root powder is very fine and flew all over the place

I have been adding it to smoothies and I like it a lot. It's bright pink and tastes nice (pairs well with cocoa powder.) I do like the taste of beets but I've never tried it plain. It acts like a powder, not sure how easy it would be to just mix into a liquid.One of the reasons I ordered was for the antioxidant content. I haven't noticed whether there is an energy boost but I don't have it every day. The pink color is nice and cheery, and overpowers my protein powder and cocoa powder, smoothies/oatmeal is still very pink (not brown.) I like it, and will probably buy it again when I run out.

This beet powder seems to be very good quality. It is a happy red color. The last beet powder I had been buying was a sad pinkish gray, and I was happy to get this stuff which seems much better.

Stumbled on this "Pure" Brand about 2 years ago. This beet root powder is amazing.Especially when remembering to take in the early afternoon for less brain fog and energy. Appreciate the bare bones ingredients, packaging and 0 advertising which helps keep the cost of the product low. :) Have also purchased Pure's Blueberry extract,cordyceps and ashwaghanda powders. Happy with all. (can put in Mylar bags and seal tight for longer keeping)

doesnt really have a strong beet taste just taste like dirt had clumps even after mixing and all powder was in bottom of drink after mixing multiple times

Depending on your water/powder ratio, it just tastes like beets. Personally, I take one slightly rounded teaspoon in the morning in a smoothie and another in the evening with 8 ounces of water in a shaker container. It dissolves very quickly with a few shakes; there is no residue left in the bottom. I am quite pleased with this product and will purchase again when I need more.
