Dewhel Front Bumper Tow Hook License Plate Mount Bracket Holder Bolt On for 2017-up Alfa Romeo Giulia

The plate mount worked as expected. I had to add some thread tape but because I have so much around the house that wasn't an issue for me. The thread tape helps with a more snug hold. It was easy to install and allowed me to move my plate in several positions so that it did not block any front bumper sensors which is great!

I purchased for my 2018 Alfa Giulia. The tow hook piece and license plate screws were perfect. The plate mount nuts had the thread locking plastic/gum in them to prevent them from vibrating/backing out.Installation took about 15 minutes, about 2 or 3 minutes were spent trying to take the tow hook cover off. But installation was very straightforward, even though there were no directions provided.The reason I gave 4 stars is because the washer does nothing to prevent the mount from moving. I tightened down to the point that the allen-wrench head of the bolt was stripping. A little more than normal pressure rotates the mount. Luckily the majority of pressure will be coming directly to the front, but I also live in a very windy area so there’s concern over that… but I wish it came with a locking washer. If the winds are too much for it, I will definitely be making that upgrade, as well as updating to a sturdier bolt-type instead of the allen-wrench heads. If the bolts themselves were of a stronger material, I may’ve been able to claim a little more to prevent the rotation.I like the price, and I’m sure this will be just fine.

Do not buy if its for a Stelvio. The anchor bolt is too short, you will not be able to mount the plate holder. I even went out and bought a longer bolt and some lock washers, to try and make it work. The plate holder will spin, and swivel it is not very stable. Very flimsy product.

Easy to install and looks good, but after a couple weeks the plate doesn’t stay straight and is always titled to the side. Not worth it, save your money.

Works just as described. I did not want to drill my bumper and this is a great way of saving it. Installs easy and sturdy. Have not had any issues with it falling down. I did put some loc-tite on the screw that holds the license plate in place, just in case. Great product and a very reasonable price.

It looks great easy install. But makes the park sensor warning stay on solid at least on My Alfa Romeo Giulia.So I keep the setup in the trunk so if a Cop has a problem I can install it in a minute
