I have been taking this DGL for months and it works quite well. The price is a little expensive but it works for me. I have had no side effects from this brand of DGL. I don't actually taste it as it is a capsule and it is a small capsule which I like.

I am not a doctor so this is not medical advice just my experience. I used these to help heal my suspected silent reflux. I was taking a round of Prilosec and then after finishing those I started these and aloe caps. Def speak to your doc (preferably a holistic one if you are going all natural, as western medicine docs may not know much about this supplement) I don’t think these are meant to be long term and plan to wean off of them soon. I was suffering from a plethora of gi issues and this was just one of many things in my otc tool box under the advice of a holistic coach who examined me and went over my medical history. I don’t recommend taking any supplements without researching the possible side effects and contraindications. Good luck!

I've had the best luck with this kind of DGL to settle my stomach after meals. I have extensive digestive issues from repeated surgeries and this seems to help as much as any other DGL supplement. Gluten-free as well

WONDERFUL FOR ACID REFLUX

Didn’t really help with my tummy issues but regulated other things

The German choc flavor, single bottle, always oos at Amazon, that alone says it works!

The DGL (even in small amounts such as 150 mg/day has been most effective in controlling my acid reflux. It also helped me recover from a massive episode of diverticular bleeding by coating the lining of my stomach/intestines without having to take prescription drugs. The drugs would have caused lots of damaging side effects. I am thankful for the people who introduced me to DGL and can't be happier with it.
