A fantastic crib and changer at a fantastic price
This was very easy for my husband to assemble and looks just as beautiful as in the photo. The espresso color matches our black-brown wooden furniture perfectly; it's a wonderful addition to our bedroom, and all the storage space it comes with (drawers in the front of the changer and shelving in the back) means not having to use any closet or dresser space for baby's things, and still having room for toys! The crib itself is very sturdy, but the changing table unfortunately won't support more than about 35 lbs of weight. Hopefully by then the little one is potty-trained anyway, but we're still going to err on the side of caution and stop using the top part of the storage compartment as a changer before then. The other issue we had with the changing station is that, as other reviewers have mentioned, the changing pad that comes with the crib is very hard and unpleasant, but it is very difficult to find a different pad to replace it that will actually fit on the changing table. Our solution was to simply "make" the Summer Infant Contoured Changing Pad (which I highly recommend -- it is very squishy and the covers are very soft and come in loads of colors) fit. With the bottom of the changing pad lined up with the bottom of the changing table (that little gap is too small for a changing pad to squish out of), we pushed the Summer Infant changing pad down so it was lying on the bottom of the changing table, which leaves about five inches extra in length curving upwards along the top. The result is basically a little elevation for the little one's head, like a gentle pillow. This works just fine for me, since I wasn't enthusiastic about baby potentially hitting his head on the bars in the back, and it still looks great. Overall these are such minor complaints compared to how awesome this crib is overall. You really can't beat the price for getting four children's beds, a dresser, a bookshelf, and a changing table all in one, especially with the quality with which it was designed. I spent months shopping around for just the right crib at just the right price and I am very, very happy with the result.

holy smokes
Well let me be the first to say that this crib combo is well built the finish is really nice and is very sturdy came with a ton of hardware to put the thing together with and is well worth the money however on the pricey side it should last for years to come i haven't turned it into the other combinations of a bed but it should be just as nice anyone else expecting when they get it put together just put the extra parts in the closet like I did and in the future your set that was the good heres the bad it does take some time to assemble took me about 3hrs once I finally got it inside this thing is heavy and the directions are a little confusing you really need to pay attention on the little numbers on all the pieces because they don't interchange from both sides the manufacturer should make the instructions a little more detailed but if you are anyway mechanical inclined and have some basic hand tool knowledge you will be just fine assembling this thing that all being said we love it and is going to be all my little girl will need for a bed for years to come Update Has been over 2 years and this crib combo is still going strong my little girl loves it and has just started jumping on the bed I like it so much I bought my son the same thing just in a different color as of today 4/18/23 I just got the rails and a full size mattress and box springs for her to turn it into a full size and I found on Amazon some brackets that turn the full size rails into a queen that way am definitely going to get my money out of it Con And it's not really a con the spring for the kids mattress has left my little girl still sleepy when she gets up in the morning so box spring is a must

Absolutely perfect - so glad I chose it
My wife and I have a taste for darker wood, so our crib choices were already limited by color. After lots of choosing and debate, and trips to the local stores, we decided on this particular crib due to the excellent reviews, and I don't feel like I could have made a better decision. The crib did take about 10 days to arrive (Christmas season) and arrived undamaged. Some people have complained about the assembly, but I experienced no problems at all, and set the whole thing up myself without assistance in about 2.5 hours from start to finish. The key is to separate all of the pieces in the beginning and make sure you read the directions properly. If you mess up with a beginning piece and notice it at the end, it's not the manufacturers fault, so be patient and it will pay off. The components are all SOLID real wood. This is the key to me choosing it. For the price it was amazing to find solid wood. I was thrilled with the whole setup, and it truly is beautiful when assembled. The drawers are very easy to assemble, and fits perfectly in the track. I was concerned that these prefab drawers would not glide well or would not align when closed, but they did so flawlessly. The changing pad is thin and we plan on upgrading, but would work if you needed it to. Overall an absolutely wonderful experience and I would recommend this crib to anyone.

Ordered this crib after reading many online reviews. I will update once I've had a chance to use it, but all pieces arrived unbroken/scratched. Assembly took a while, but the instructions weren't too hard to follow. The crib is very solid once put together. I had read many reviews stating that there was a "smell", however I can say that my crib only smells like wood, there is no bad chemical smell! The change table is larger than I had expected given all the reviews of it being very small. The front piece of wood on the change table can be removed to allow baby to stretch out his/her legs. So excited to get to use this crib, it looks/feels amazing!

This crib is easily worth double maybe even triple in local "baby" furniture stores. me and my wife went crib shopping the last couple weeks and every furniture store we looked at wanted an arm and a leg for a good quality crib...never mind the change table which was equally expensive...we were both turned off at the cost of these items. we both started searching online and came across this stork craft portofino 4 in 1 crib, and just by looking and the pictures and online reviews it seemed to good to be true. it was even better when we compared online prices and found amazon.ca to be the cheapest and offered free shipping!! so we ordered it on a Sunday and it arrived on Wednesday which was pretty fast especially considering the Monday was a holiday!! the package arrived in good condition. all the parts were packaged really well. assembly was just "OK" as the instructions were not the greatest. but let me tell you once you have it all assembled you will be amazed and the quality you just bought at a fraction of the cost from the furniture store. this thing is absolutely beautiful and solid. defiantly NOT a cheap piece of furniture. you will not be disappointed with this crib! one word of warning though...this thing is big...and i mean it's massive and heavy. the pictures online don't do it justice...take a good look at the measurements before you order and make sure it will fit into the space you want it. i highly recommend this crib.

There wasn't any odour like other reviews had noted. My husband and his freind had it assembled in less than 2 hours- it looks great! However, it arrived with a small sliver of wood that had looked like it splintered off on the bottom rail. It was annoying to have it delivered like that but it would be more of a pain to have it returned. We'll fix it ourselves. Also I'm having trouble finding where I can purchase the side rails for when I convert it to a toddler bed, even though it's a few years away.

Le produit a un défaut de fabrication et un défaut d’alignement

This was a great surprise, quality of wood, stain and function worked out very well. It wasn't a pain to build, if you can read ikea then this is probably easily having written english instructions, just more steps than a billy book shelf is all. My baby used it well, but I found myself and friends all started with the baby box method in first few weeks and then placed it here before going full crib. Currently my son is 2.5 and we just have the change table assembled in one corner of his room and the toddler bed separately (mattress bed frame DOES NOT COME as mentioned) without the "guard rail". This kid would turn a full clock rotation and still manage to roll off the bed but he was able to par core out of the crib so we had to transition him early. Stain did have a slight smell but we aired it out weeks before he was due to no one seemed to smell it after that. great buy, way cheaper than stores, except ikea =)
