Belt works as advertised. I can't believe the quality at this price. The lever makes a world of difference, compared to the old buckle style I used to use. Quick on and off, and easy to adjust using the two screws.

For 40 dollars I wasn't expecting a lot, but this is a nice belt. Came in a dust cover bag and was easy to adjust to size. No rust and no mildew. Would recommend.

The belt came with the lever in a separate package helping to prevent scratches. The belt looked and felt new when I unwrapped it and the screws were a bit rusty but still worked! One of the screws is not completely flush but is almost there, but the lever and the belt both work as they should. Will update about durability but so far feels well built!

I have never worn a belt before but my new coach wanted me to try One for deadlift and press. I didn’t want to spend a ton of money on a first belt because I’m losing weight and I didn’t know how it would go. The belt is great for a first belt. It is exactly as advertised. Definitely worth 30 bucks.

When I first got the belt I had little to no expectations but it was actually very simple to use. It's also very easy to adjust and toy with, the only thing I suggest is to not have too much caffeine or pre workout before using the belt. It gave me huge discomfort like I was about to throw up.

Most trash feeling belt, flimsy and the belt came with rust and the screws are full of rust like they been sitting outside for years. Disgusting if you are a person that lifts, I recommend buying something that’s not this. Go SBD
