Im only giving it a 5 becasue it's good quality, but does not work in the computer. It's only good for charging.

it works on and off

Total garbage. Worked twice, and now won't charge my shuffle anymore. On top of that, when removing the USB from my computer, the cord separated. I paid more because this was a reported problem with other cords listed on Amazon, but it turns out, it does not matter, as this more expensive one had the same problem.

After about a month or so, it broke. Completely ripped off the USB portion of it when I tried taking it out of my computer's USB port.I did notice that it happened to fit a little too snug since the first time I used it and was difficult to remove. It was only a matter of time. Prior to breaking, it worked fine, but I wish I spent a little more money on a better one. The price I've paid for 2 cheaper ones would have equaled the price of a good one.
