I am very fortunate to have 2 Neatos that vacuum my home daily. We have 3 dogs and all of the expected fur and dirt from them running in and out of a doggie door many times a day. I am also a clean floor freak. This vacuum was never intended to be a workhorse in my home, but to be an addendum to the Neatos. I can grab it up quickly to vacuum the sofa-this must be done daily b/c of the fur and sand the dogs deposit there. I can vacuum the areas a Neato cannot navigate such as under low furniture or in crowded corners where chair legs and floor lamps meet. The normal setting (I would call it low power) is quiet and certainly has enough suction to vacuum hard floors, but is not enough to get fur off of upholstery. The power setting (I would call that medium power) is plenty for throw rugs and upholstery. I have not had to use the turbo setting (I would call that the high power).I have not had to use the spare battery yet, but again, I must emphasize that I am not using this to vacuum my whole house at one time. I did order the accessories kit from LG and do love the accessories, but they were very over priced.I cannot evaluate the longevity of the vacuum or the batteries, but am pleased with the quality so far and am very pleased with the ease of use. It is well balanced and easy for this 'old woman' to handle. Not having to plug and unplug in every room of the house makes it a pleasure to use. I am not sure I would recommend this if it was my only vacuum, but for my needs it is great.

This light weight vacuum is amazing. I chose it over Dyson because of the two batteries, a great selling feature. The stand alone plug in system is also a great feature. I am so impressed, my house is 4600 sq feet much of which is tile, but plenty of carpet. OMG I can get the job done with such ease. I hate to vacuum because of cords, tanks and hoses. When my upright died I relied on the Patriot I inherited from mom, great vac, but hoses tanks, cords cause so much extra work. In fact I hated it so much I hired a housekeeper to do the floors! Fast forward, COVID 19 landed me at home....Yikes I have to take care of everything! I can breeze through my house with ease, no scuffs or bumps on the trim and I don't feel strained physically. It is so quiet that my husband said does it actually do anything, I showed him the dirt collector and he was shocked. We have two dogs, two cats and two birds, it is impressive with animal hair, I pull it out daily and enjoy vacuuming because it is easy, light weight and really gets the job done !

Vacuum is ok but hardwood floor head broke after a few months. Sent it in under warranty and 3 months later they called me after several emails on my part complaining. They then told me they needed the whole vacuum in the original box. Who keeps all the boxes they get for things they purchases ? So they just sent the head back not repaired. I figured they minimally could do something for me after 3 months of nothing and I was afraid that I would have to wait 3 months again. By the way when they called me I was on the phone 45 minutes while they tried to figure out where it was and what the problem was and they had no idea when they would fix it or what was actually going on. Incidentally they give you 2 batteries for a reason they don’t last long.

Great easy wireless vacuumI got this for cleanups of things that don’t require doing the entire house I have a vac system but don’t feel like dragging out all of that even for a little spill however this vacuum is great in between major cleaning I use it almost daily to just pick up dust and things that may be dropped after a meal or dirt coming in the house it is simple to put together it is lightweight versatile has multiple attachments and multiple lengths you can make the major wand you do have to empty the canister frequently and make sure it stays clean the main battery will stay charged for a long time once it runs out you just swap for the extra battery while the main battery gets charged again I thought when I put it into the base it was charging but that’s not true the battery is being charged all the time that is the spare and when you are ready for the new battery you just switch them you’ll see what I mean once you set up your vacuum it has amazing suction power I use the hardwood floor suction attachment most of the time even on carpet since the most of my house is hardwood floor and the carpets don’t get back in that often because they don’t get the same traffic I mainly purchase this for the high traffic areas of the house for in between my major vacuuming and I am thrilled with it it was a great purchase
