Great telescope for kids or people looking to get into using telescopes. This is a pretty nice unit for the price. You get a nice telescope that has no problem seeing the moon and other night stars a bit closer up. The body has a nice carbon fiber look to it and the base is metal which is really nice. Works great and the kids love it. They have been using it in the backyard looking at the night sky so I am glad this has them interested in the sciences. If you want to try out a telescope before committing to a really expensive one this is a great one to purchase.

Great telescope for the scientist to learn about space and constellations. I was browsing around to find something for our children. I suddenly crossed my eyes to this telescope. The design of this telescope is very nice. The shape and everything are so cool. Following the directions, it was easy to put together. The best thing about this is that it comes with a phone mount to get awesome pictures. I also love that this set comes with 2 different viewing lenses with different magnification strengths. It seems like a childhood dream come true. I love the telesope.

When i first posted a review for this scope, the customer support immediately responded on the matter. Im very very much impressed w their customer service. For some reason those eyepiece from the telescope I received was defective. Now i would like to say thank you to everyone in the company for making sure Of customers' SATISFACTION GUARANTEED!!! They work on the matter and no hesitation sent me a new set of scopes. Very very happy with the response they've taken. The scopes are actually very well made. I go out observe the night sky every night. Everyone in family got to enjoy stargazing, something very positive during this pandemic! can clearly see not only the moon that u can clearly even when its foggy or when the sun is high up already, but also Saturn's ring, Jupiter withs famous gallelian moons, Venus, Mars, aslo stars cluster, nebulas and other deep space objects. The description says it comes w one. Anyway....Well as a beginner, its okay. Able to see the moon. That's it! Only the moon. The tripod is not sturdy, and keeps on mpving with a little wind. I think this really just made for the little kids.Okay here, the other issue foggy/blurred view of the moon tonight and the "teardrop" looking thing on the lense i mentioned.

This is listed as a Telescope for beginners and Kids so, as a "beginner" myself I thought it would be a great one to start with. It comes with everything the beginner needs from two different eyepieces (different magnification) to a finderscope and tripod. Nicely packaged, lightweight and easy to assemble, the only slight delay in set up for me was with the finderscope, and getting it properly aligned. However, once that was done, I was just waiting for a clear night. My daughter is interested in Astrology, and I thought this would be a good way to help her explore in some detail. I was thrilled! The first night I was able to pick out the brightest stars in the constellation Aquarius - Sadalmelik and SadalSuud, (Luck of Lucks"!) Now I am as interested as my daughter. Of course it also works great in the daytime, but it was for the night sky that I wanted to buy this, and it is proving immensely enjoyable. A great value for someone like me, starting out to discover the night sky and after only a week I have learned more about the stars and the night sky than I have over a lifetime. It's really enjoyable learning with my daughter as well. Very pleased.

Portable, lightweight and good for kids. For the price it’s crazy how much you can see with it.The lenses are very clear and I was able to locate a few stars on my first night.For beginners, I highly recommend this one.

This is a really great telescope for checking out the moon. Love it. I like that it comes in a nice box so it would make a great gift. For 10-year-old kid this was a perfect choice. It is not only a great value for your money, it’s very easy to use!

It had a lot of pieces to put together. But was an ok process. We are using it for the first time and whenever you touch the eyepiece it just falls right off. There are lines to screw it on but it does not catch. And with a 4 year old who constantly touches it, it comes right off. Especially when you try to add the phone attachment. It doesn't stay on at all because the weight of it pulls it down. It is an ideal telescopenfor beginners if it actually stayed together.

Easy to use, very clear, great price. If I had one negative thing to say, it would be that I wish it was able to go higher, but other than that it was a great product!
