I would like to use this to wrap briskets in a smoker, would this work and is it safe? Not worried about any leakage, just direct contact with meat.

I bought this paper earlier in the year and used it twice to wrap brisket. It worked great. It's not coated paper so it's safe to use. Good luck!

As banquet table covering: Does it curl so that I need to secure it w/ tape, or does it lie nicely so that the weight of the centerpieces hold it securely?

I use it to cover my long dinning room table. If placed with the curved-side down it does not bubble up or curl. The weight of plates, center pieces etc. will hold it down flat.

How heavy Duty is the paper I want to you use it to wrap pictures for storage?

I purchased my paper for wrapping gifts. We'll also likely use it to cover my daughter's wedding reception tables for guests to color on. It's a fairly thick paper & doesn't stick well to typical scotch tape. Very heavy duty.

Can I use this on 60in Rounds and will i have enough for 40 tables?

The roll is 30"x765ft. If you use two strips to get your 60" width, then tape them so they don't' slide, then yes you can do 40 tables. In fact you can get 76 tables using two wide to get a 60" width. Doing this you will end up with a 60" square.
