Smooth taste and texture
I take these to help with headaches and thinning hair. This is the first time trying this brand. I prefer these due to the mildly sweet taste and smooth texture. They take a bit longer to dissolve in my mouth but are more pleasant which makes it worthwhile.

Doesn't say lactose free anywhere on the package, with update
I wanted lactose free combination cell salts, but no where on the packaging does it say lactose free. A family member has dairy allergies and I have to be careful.Will update if I hear back from the company.---------Update- same day. I had messaged the company with pictures via the Facebook app. They said it was lactose free, they have been experimenting with different labels, I got their product with the old labels. They are mailing me a new product with the updated labels.The company was very accommodating, and we actually had a great conversation. Am changing my review to 5 stars.

Not the same pill any longer
This product use to be really good. The taste has changed. The taste was never sweet, now they seems to be nothing more then sugar pills. Don't waste your money. The original product use to work really well.
