The Only Pillow that Actually Solved It — No Collapse, No Compromise
I’ve spent years trying to find the right pillow — shredded latex, adjustable fill, “firm” pillows… all of them felt great for the first 10 minutes, then collapsed by midnight. I sleep still, so when a pillow loses height or shape even slightly, I wake up with neck tension or headaches. Every. Time. This Tempur-Pedic is the first one that actually held up.The medium size is perfect for my neck length and contour, and the firmness doesn’t degrade over the night. It doesn’t feel like it’s trying to bounce back or sink in — it just molds to your shape and stays there. After trying every “top rated” pillow out there, this one finally got it right. If you’ve been chasing that balance of support and zero-collapse consistency — this is it.Side note: If you have broader shoulders but stocky build like I do, you may find the Medium isn’t tall enough by itself. The Large might has the closer height, but the contour curve is too stretched for shorter frames. I recommend pairing the Medium with a firm base like the Bluewave stack to dial in the height without sacrificing contour. But make no mistake, Tempur is the main act. The stack just sets the stage.

Excellent for sleep apnea sufferers
I've been dealing with sleep apnea for quite a while and have always fought the "chin-tucking' that occurs with regular pillows. With this Tempur-pedic Neck + Cooling pillow I find the firm neck support allows my head to be in the perfect position for sleeping on my back. Yes, I know, sleeping on the back and sleep apnea go hand in hand. Not me. My sleep studies show considerably more apnea episodes on my side than on my back. Go figure. This pillow has been perfect for the last week in giving me my best AHI scores in like... forever. I purchased some Bamboo pillow cases to make this "advanced cooling" pillow even better. It's solid, heavy and doesn't move. Yes, it's smaller than the average standard pillow case but if I'm not moving what does it matter. It has a five year warranty so it's well built, and made in America, even better. It's definitely a keeper for this 6'4" 220 pound guy.

I wanted to like this pillow
I wanted to like this pillow, solid brand, high expectations due to branding and reviews.I am not a large person, 5’3” healthy weight. This pillow is too small for me.I expected a “normal” sized pillow which, I guess to these online sites is a “queen” pillow. This is a “standard” sized pillow. To me a children’s sized pillow.I do not like this pillow. The neck support is not right, it’s too small. The cooling is nice, but as soon as you use any pillow case it’s gone. I still wake up with a sore neckI waited to long hoping it would wear in, it didn’t, I like it less each time I use it. And now I cannot return it.Don’t waste your money. Get one of those funny looking cervical support pillows that cost <1/2 the price. Be sure to get the queen size though.

Inaccurate dimensions, very small for my petite self
I feel duped. I needed a 4" hump under my neck because it is 4" from my neck to the edge of my shoulder. This pillow is 3.5" at it's thickest and it is not 12.6" wide which would already be kinda small. It is only 12.0" wide. I paid $100 for a pillow they cheaped out on it and mislead me on when it comes to size. I got this pillow because it was the only one with 4" bigger side and a flat enough side for when my neck hurts and I need to sleep on my back. But this pillow is only 3.5" thick at the thickest point and so narrow that when I lay on my back on the smaller side, my head ends up being tilted forward from the bigger side partially being under my head, which will not help me heal if my neck goes out. For reference I am a 5'1" petite woman who doesn't have a particularly long head/face.Update: Before getting this pillow, I had actually not had my neck go out for months. I slept on this for 2 nights and I should have stuck to my instincts that it would only cause me more pain due to it not being thick enough to keep me aligned. But I decided to try it because the material does feel very nice and cool, but boy do I regret that. I have had neck pain for about 1 week since the 2nd night I slept on it and I've been back to my old pillow, which still works for pain prevention but it's 5 yrs old so I figured I should replace it, since. My sis, who is a massage therapist, even worked on my neck and days later, the pain won't go away. All this being said, it did keep me cool and the material feels really nice, so if you have narrower shoulders than me, it might do well for you.

High quality. Unique shape
Very comfortable materials. The cooling sensation is very noticeable. The shape wasn’t for me, but I would still recommend it.

Temperpedic cooling neck pillow
Very nice pillow. A bit firm, but head sinks in after just a bit. Cooling action really works well.

Very small pillow
It was my fault I didn’t read the specs, now I’m sleeping with a pillow that’s too small for a child. It’s 20”x12”. It’s firm, but not exactly what I was wanting. Still on the search for a good pillow, maybe one day I’ll find one. This is like the 30th pillow in the last 10 years probably ugh. Too bad this was like $80.
