I absolutely love the feel of these silk pillowcases! They feel soft and smooth next to your face, and the zipper closure is great! Never knew I needed a pillow case with a zipper until I got one! I am not someone who can tell if a silk pillowcase is high quality or not. I just know what I like. I wanted something cool, and honestly, this is delightfully cool when I first lay my head on it. The coolness doesn’t last too long though. But I usually fall asleep before it warms up. So far they’ve washed nicely, without shrinking or staining. The sizes are spot on, as well. The color is absolutely beautiful! My only gripe is that I bought one standard size and one king size and they are slightly different colors. Still love them!

I am not a silk snob or expert. I’m sure there are other expensive luxury brands out there that are better for $60 plus a pop each. These cases are well made, have held up well, and didn’t cost a fortune. They are soft as silk should be. (Comparing to my silk scarves I got from France) The description on Amazon says they are 6a mulberry silk, (which is good) charmuese weave (good) 22 Momme, (also good) but it does not say specifically say 100% mulberry silk so there is a good possibility there could be something else mixed in with the silk. If so it would be very little, as I have not noticed it, and I’m comparing it to the Blissy cases everyone raves about. The label inside the case lists it as 6a silk, but does not say 100% mulberry. This is is the second set of cases from this company I have ordered. The first set went on guest bed, and new set is for me. Everyone appears to be very particular with their care. Well guess what? I have washed AND dried these in my washing machine/dryer with cold water and using low heat. They have survived just fine in the year I’ve had them. In fact I think it’s made them even softer. Does this mean I am shortening their life span? Maybe, but at 19.99 each I’m not worried about it. Is my face and hair happier? Yes. Definitely no more bed head or face creases. For this price point I think they are an excellent choice. I don’t expect sheets and pillow cases to last forever, 7 - 9 years is a good life span. I think these will do that just fine. Edit: after washing and sleeping on the 2 cases I ordered, something did not seem right. (I had not slept on the first set I bought for guest room) The fabric seemed off - even if it’s a blend. For the price I expected a blend and not 100% silk - however these slept very hot and not as comfortable as a case that would be mostly silk. The description is very careful to say 23 momme , 6a quality, and mulberry silk. It does not however say 100% mulberry silk, nor does the label inside the case say anything about mulberry silk. It only says “finest grade 6a silk.” The reason I am disappointed is when I did a burn test there was no ash or smell like other silk I have had. It immediately formed one solid melted blob. I take this as proof there is a lot more polyester in them than the description led me to believe. I can’t return them now, so will have to cough up more if I want silk (or at least mostly silk cases.) I should have done my homework. Good Housekeeping rated PROMEED silk cases as a best buy, and although only 19 momme ZimaSilk is rated by several reputable sources as a best budget (inexpensive) buy. I stand by what I said that I think Blissy is over priced compared to other brands that are as good or even superior. Blissy was mentioned mainly for hair. Fishers Finery came up consistently for a very overall quality silk pillow and you can find it starting at $40.

I did my research, thinking I figured out who had a good pillowcase for the right dollars. Honestly, it feels like it has polyester in it, but it does what I wanted. It keeps my hair relatively smooth, smoother than a regular pillowcase. Then I washed it with my sheets. I forgot to remove it before drying, and it went through the drying cycle. It looks great! Nice and wrinkle free! So that’s everything I wanted from a “silk pillowcase!” I’ll probably order another!

The silk feels amazing. However...I question if these are 100% silk. The silk swatch they send with the sheets burns like silk. However I cut a tiny piece from the seam excess and it didn't burn the same. So buyer beware these might be a silk blend rather than 100% silk, Also be advised the the color dark grey is no where close to dark grey. Honestly they look more taupe than grey. I included a photo for reference. Still I'm keeping them as they are silky soft, which is exactly what I was looking for to help my skin and hair.

I like silky pillowcases because they stay cool And make me feel like I’m being kind to my skin. I do not know if it has done a darn think to better my hair or skin, but the color is nice and it is super soft. I have washed it a couple times and so far have not left drool stains. I have a couple without a zipped, and I appreciate these this one zips so it’s not constantly sliding off my pillow. Good product for the price. I’m not sure it has changed the quality of my sleep at all. Not really why I purchased it!

These silk pillow cases are high quality and worth every penny. The zippers make them easy put on, and they fit perfectly on my down pillow. I wash them in the washing machine with cold water and the delicate setting. Hang to dry. I’ve been using silk because it feels luxurious and it helps my long hair stay tangle free. My only disappointment this time is that I ordered a set in the Lake Blue color expecting to get a dusty blue, but they are more of a green than blue. Normally, I use white or off-white but thought the blue color would look great with my beige duvet. Other than that, you can’t go wrong with this silk pillowcase.

This brand used to sell real silk but now it is clearly a different fabric content. The fabric quality and content vary hugely between color and batch. For context: I purchased the teal blue color pillowcases from this company in 2022 and 2023. They matched and made a beautiful set. The quality of the fabric was immediately clear and they have delivered the benefits of silk. I love using those original cases and have have taken care of them so they've lasted. I purchased a new set in the Dark Purple color in Dec 2025 and when they arrived they were clearly a different fabric. None of the smooth, rich, buttery feeling that silk charmuse has and nothing like the blue set. The fabric has nice weight and the zipper is sturdy, but this is absolutely not silk. I'm disappointed because I specifically purchased from this company again after already being disappointed by sets from other sellers (such as Lyshin or similar name) which were also polyester or low silk content blends. These cases feel exactly like those. Returned and won't be giving Audbor another chance.
