Great quality dog food
I've been feeding my boy Loki (a pomeranian) this food for about a year now. He loves it!...and I love the fact that it is human grade and not filled with a lot of junk ingredients. His health is great and his coat is beautiful! The kibble pieces are a little large in size, but my pom is a big boy for his breed (20 lbs...not fat, just big built), and is a power chewer, so they aren't hard for him to chew. I feed him the Beef and the Turkey flavors and also mix it with the Small Breed Whole Grain Chicken, which has much smaller pieces. I like to combine the Grain Free with the Whole Grain, instead of just one or the other. With all the controversy of dogs getting heart issues with feeding only grain free, I thought the concept of mixing the two was a safer choice. I also top his food with a small portion of Fresh Pet (refrigerated food) as a treat.

Good as a topper for homemade dog food
It was ok, I have two Shih Tzus they would only eat it if I gave it to them one at a time like a treat or if I use it as a topper with other food. If I put it in their bowl by itself , they wouldn’t need it. It worked really well as a topper added to the other food. I make homemade dog food, so maybe that’s why. It’s way better than any kibble. If they were on regular dry food kibble. they probably would’ve gobbled it up.

Willie gives his dog stamp
I prefer these smaller bags because I think the food stays fresher. My dog likes variety so I bought one of each flavor. He’s been a picky eater at 2, but he likes this brand.

My dog got sick w this food & seller takes no returns.
I chose this because I’ve always fed my Yorkie extremely pure ingredients free of anything that is not natural. Used to cook myself and she liked fresh pet but that’s a refrigerated food that’s not feasible for traveling especially out of country. I started trying this and first I opened it I was very concerned the pieces are huge for my tiny dog to chew, even a medium size dog would find it difficult to chew I’m sure. Tried wetting them just to hydrate and make them softer and mixed just two with her regular food and my doggie ate a couple so I thought we had found a good option...then by the evening she started with tummy aches and runny bowels. She kept me up most of the night. The next day she has refused to eat. I kept her hydrated then treated her with med to lower acid and pumpkin water to help soothe her bowels. By afternoon I treated her w her probiotics. She refused to eat again. I was worried. Only thing she ate differently were the two clusters of this food. I was sad because I thought it was perfect...it wasn’t. Amazon says it’s not returnable so BUYER BEWARE! As I wrote this I am syringe feeding my furry girl a bit of boiled rice and chicken put thru the vitamix to create a watery purée and she has accepted just a tad. May need to take her to vet if she doesn’t do well. I’m beyond myself. Manufacturer should take back product if they believe so much in caring for pets and owners.
