Thai Chile Peppers Fresh 1 lb.

A lot of chillies in a pound. These are spicy enough just not as spicy as I had hoped. Also, it does not have the exact same flavour you expect from Indian style green chillies. Those taste very crisp and citrusy almost, spicy, flavourful and aromatic like cilantro. These are similar but much more low key. They do add sufficient heat to the dishes, just not the same flavour. All in all, not bad. Might buy again or keep looking for the right type of chillies.

They came quickly and were lovely. I guess it's my own fault that I underestimated the heat of these peppers (and the reason I'm doing this review). I cut about 4 VERY thin slices off the tip of one (thinking it was a red one, but can't swear to it), and put one of those VERY thin slices in my mouth and IMMEDIATELY headed to the fridge for milk or yogurt to survive the blast of heat. If, like me, you've never had these chiles, take my word for it: they're HOT...HOT...HOT. Sad to say, they became an immediate addition to my compost heap. They were gorgeous and someone who likes that HOT...HOT...HOT would find these to be a terrific purchase.

Hot as they should be. Not dumbed down. Thai hot.

To The Seller-Check the pictures..than decide. I was so excited to get this yesterday but than more than half were ruined. Hope to get a replacement. If I get fresh one's than I will surely give you 5 stars.

Arrived on time & chillies were so fresh. I was looking for these everywhere.

This order of green chilies is a disappointment as most of the chillies are red and ripe.

Unfortunately I didn’t take a picture. The peppers were awful. They smelled bad looked bad. Bad enough not to use. Through them out.
