Idralite Shower Enclosure 700x700 mm H1980 Clear 6mm Glass mod. Ready

Couldn't find this enclosure anywhere in UK, so had to order one from Lecce, Italy.Took four days (no prob) and some nail-biting, to see if they turned up unbroken.Pleased to say they did turn up unbroken - so thanks all round to supplier and courier.As for install, mostly went well.. I do recommend sealing every nook and cranny and then some!Even where the frame slides into the wall-mounted upright sections- they are a good snug fit, but put some silicone in there just to be certain.End result is very nice.. the glass looks nice and the doors slide gracefully.

Instructions are not great...but is not hard to put together. End result looks pretty good. Arrived when it was supposed too and well packaged.

Enclosure is great and the 2nd I've bought and fitted, but when I unwrapped the wall brackets, this one must've been dropped as both were dented. Luckily I managed to build it so it's not easy to spot. But it took the shine off a little. Otherwise easy to fit and seal. Although I've siliconed more than the instructions suggested and would suggest you chuck away the enclosed petroleum jelly and buy/use your own for lubing the door wheels. Other than the dents, build quality is considerably better than the price suggests. I like it.

Instructions are in Italian, but weirdly straight forward. There is quite a lot of drilling of the frame, so my suggestion is you get a couple of NEW 3mm HSS drill bits as although there is one supplied. Also I've siliconed more than recommended as a precaution. It has a lot of adjustment for out of true walls and it looks brilliant when finished. Once the silicone is dry I'll start using it. I'm going to get another for my downstairs bathroom too.

Very well made and packaged shower enclosure; one upright slightly deformed but not a problem. Design and function of the two door entry is simple and positive, excellent handles making the movement smooth and controlled. Removal of the doors for cleaning is a bonus but they are quite heavy and care is needed. Instruction are in Italian which is not a problem BUT the diagrams really do need to be larger to aid the construction. Thank you.

Arrived before the expected time. Straightforward to install (fairly hard work, though, as you would expect. Looks very good functions well, reasonably priced. A good deal.

The sower cubicle is fine,looks good and is easy to clean. Good value for money.

very stylish item, well made. The doors slide very smoothly and shut tightly. Instructions in Italian so you'll need to be either experienced or very good at working things out to put it together.
