Had bad PVCs for a year. When I say bad, I'm talking thousands and thousands a day. Beta blockers only helped a little and had side effects. I Didn't want to try stronger meds because of reported side effects. Then I tried Pure brand Magnesium glycinate based on several doctors recommendations. That helped reduce the PVCs at least 30%. After a few months I decided to add the Pure CoQ10. Within several days I noticed reduction in number of PVCs and that has improved even more till the point they only occur for a few hours every 4-5 days. I'm hoping for even more improvement but the combination of the magnesium glycinate and CoQ10 has been fairly dramatic. Before taking them, my cardiologist was telling me to strongly consider having an ablation. I'm currently taking one COQ10 a day. I take the Magnesium three times a day. No side defects either !

I started taking CoQ10 after I started radiation. As a side bonus I realized it helped my blood pressure! Because my husband was going to start taking it, too, we decided to use Usana, but oh boy... my blood pressure was going up again! These babies here keep it checked! We will never do any other brand!
