Gourmet Olive Oil (Lime)

I love this oil. It is the perfect companion to my pan seared salmon. Yum!!

The lime infused evoo is very flavorful. I would highly recommend it. The quality is what I had expected. I would suggest an opportunity for improvement.The opening is too wide for pouring, so more oil comes out than needed.

The lime infused olive oil is my favorite marinade for fish. It's great in salad dressings, too. While I can often find the lemon infused oil in our local market, the lime is not available, so I was very happy to be able to order it online.

I bought lime infused oil to use on salad. It has a taste I do not like. I have purchased other brands that I love in stores. I should have sent this back. I kept it long enough to try it several times.

Fresh and natural-tasting. Love this product. Great on avocados, jicamas, asparagus, other vegetables enhanced by a pop of lime. My favorite use is on salads I take for lunch. By itself a tasty salad dressing that does not wilt the salad, even several hours after adding. A little goes a long way, which makes this is a decent buy.
