Without a shadow of a doubt this is the most dull boring book I’ve ever read & I’ve studied insurance books! There has been absolutely no effort whatsoever put into presentation of this book & it’s way overpriced for what you get. Please refer to photo, that’s what you get, page after page of roughly typed shooters, no pictures whatsoever, no colour, no illustrations, nothing. Definitely not worth the money!
