Delicious! Put it on chicken thighs, let is marinate and follow the cooking instructions on the label. Tofu works too!

The best
I first became aware of authentic char sui while living in Hawaii in the early 80’s. After I moved, I’d come into contact with several char sui sauces which never came close to being authentic. I ordered this & was so excited at its authentic taste I can’t wait to make so many dishes from my youth…including Bao buns (a favorite), char sui chicken, etc. excited to have this sauce at my fingertips!!!

came open and I dont see where to get a refund
Horrible came unsealed and was dripping in plastic, it is food, I would not eat it if not sealed where do I find a place to get refund. I can't return but says I can get refund if came damaged, which it did

Favorite cha siu sauce!
I’ve tried making my own and this is much better by far, so much so that I’m willing to pay the high price. I was able to use 1 jar 4 times (2 pounds of country style ribs each time) so the cost isn’t too bad. This is the closest I can get to a fast food place I loved when I lived in Southern California, it’s not authentic Chinese but so good!
