Great Bedding
If you're seeking a dust-free alternative to your current bedding, look no further. My rats love playing and foraging in it. The only downside is that it doesnt combat odors like other bedding (such as aspen) but zero dust is worth it for the sake of their health.

really - the best
Been through - literally - every type of bedding available with guinea pigs and now gerbils. This stuff is simply crinkled pieces of recycled paper, but it's awesome for a few reasons:1. there is NO DUST, none - some brands say there isn't but there is, this is paper, there is no dust at all, ever2. this stuff is totally absorbent, but has no smell, and allows for very little smell if you keep up on cleanings3. it is easy to clean up. with pine I used to use a scoop, and carefresh would get clumpy. this is a breeze.4. this stuff goes a LONG way - do not be put off bag the bag/box. Gerbils have a 40 gallon tank and even when Icreate a THIN layer they move it around and "sculpt" it to their liking and it ends up being more than I needed(i.e. those crinkles make the paper expandable, and eventually these creatues will make it expand when they dig andmove it around)5. recycled6. ironically, my wife has many allergies and this is the only bedding that didn't bother her (nevermind the pets)Recommend very highly.

Great for rodent houses/nesting
My rats absolutely love piling these crinkles into their houses. I don't use this product as a floor covering, but it's a must-have for all critters that like to burrow in piles of cozies. I also made a burrowing tank for their cage and filled the whole five gallons with these crinkles. The rats love snuggling down in the bedding, digging for treats, and dragging mouthfuls of crinkles from the tank into their wooden houses. I've had so much fun watching them enjoy this product. I will always make sure to keep these in stock in my home! They do tend to fall out of the bars of their cage, so I find myself picking, sweeping, and vacuuming them up, but this is the life of a small pet owner and the extra clean-up doesn't bother me. They toss ALL bedding out of their cage.

Good product.
My mice and hamster freaked out when I first started using this stuff, but the eventually got use to it. It doesn't combat odors too much, but it does a lot better job than the last bedding I used. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 star review instead of a 5 star review is for the fact that a 4.5 LB doesn't last long when you have multiple critters. Sure, if I only had to worry about changing one tank, then this would have lasted me much long, but I have to worry about changing two tanks, which I found dwindled this stock much quicker that other beddings. This wouldn't be an issue if this stuff also wasn't so expensive. To Pay around $33 (I'm including S&H fees) every two months to me is just a bit much.I would recommend to pet owner whom only need to worry about changing one habitat. You really only need a small sheet of this stuff across the bottom on the tank/cage. If you have multiple critters (more than one) and you are looking for something that will stretch your buck, then this product might not be for you. If the bi-monthly(possibly longer if you have just one critter to worry about) price is okay with you, then I'd definite recommend buying this product.

Great value and 100% dust free!
After trying several bedding products that claimed to be 99% dust free (and were still too dusty) the eco bedding has been the only completely 100% dust free bedding I have found. My little mice love to burrow through this and never get watery eyes which the dust in other products have caused. I only have to clean their bins once a month (every 3wks in humid weather) before there starts to be an unpleasant smell. I have 2 males and 1 female all in their own bins so the price is very good value. I clean their spinners (like a wheel) every day and wipe any urine that splatters on the bin wall.

Great for Grebils
This is the best gerbil bedding ever. It was recommended on a respected gerbil breeders website so I bought it even though it seemed expensive. Well, it turned out to be a great value. For a 40 gallon tank it only took around 1/5 of a bag. This stuff fluffs up so you need much less than you think. I ended up having to remove some because the volume was too great the first time round so the second time I got smart and put in less than I thought. We mixed it with some aspen and Timothy hay. The next day we added one more handful of Fibrecore to create enough for burrowing. This is the best burrowing material ever. The gerbils love it. It is scent free and lasts a several weeks without any odor from the gerbils.

Only bedding that keeps our boys from sneezing
For weeks our brand new poor ratties kept sneezing. Doc kept thinking it was mycoplasmosis and kept prescribing meds week after week. We originally had Katy Clean & Cozy bedding which is supposed to be 99.9% dust free. Finally I tried this bedding and their sneezing instantly stopped. Our local pet store ran out of this stuff so I tried the Katy Clean & Cozy again and sure enough, they started sneezing again. I found this here at Amazon and stocked up. Our little guys haven't been happier. They burrow in it, cover their food dish with it (knuckleheads). I think the Clean & Cozy was a bit more absorbent and kept the odor down for longer. We just clean out the cage weekly now and have no problems.

I took a chance and looked on line and I found this crinkle bedding and I was so happy. My rat girls love having it back and ...
This is the bedding anyone with small pets should use. I used to buy it locally, but one by one my local pet stores replaced it with a product I found to be so inferior. My rat girls were no longer able to move the bedding where they wanted (the paper pieces were way too small. They could no longer make tunnels underneath the bedding. They could no longer burrow or pad their houses. The other bedding ended up all over the floor and was a mess. I took a chance and looked on line and I found this crinkle bedding and I was so happy. My rat girls love having it back and their house is full of tunnels and padded bedding. You won't find anything better!
